I just didn't notice the wire being so narrow or I would have never bought this product. I just went by the product manufacture "Monster" so I bought 2 rolls of this stuff, which I will not be using. The color also blends-in nicely with the walls and baseboard. I bought 100 ft of the SuperFlat Mini and I love it. Not only is the sound quality great, I love the look of the wire. Easy to navigate where I want it. With regular wire, if you want it taut, you have to bind it down on at least 2 ends.
