Good wire

Written By Rich, Oregon on Saturday, March 23, 2013

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Easy to work with. Heavy gauge hat makes pushing sound to the speakers easy. Investing good wire when putting our system together.

Pros: Thick and heavy

very good

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Very good cable, read some reviews on here about this cable easily cut in half when stripping to hookup to amp. Didn't encounter any such problem, most likely those people on the reviews was using the wrong stripping wire tool or too much force. Wire easily tucked under edge of carpet against the wall because it is flat.

Pros: Would buy and use it again, no problems.

Cons: none really

Nice and flat, fairly easy to strip

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The color or more off white (I guess that's Navajo White) but it's nice and flat - not as flat or white as some cable, but way easier to strip. I used the Monster cable with four on-wall speakers and the color contrast on the wall is minimal. Monster suggests using their twist crimp connectors with this cable but the last time I used those connectors, they just fell off. For this case, I just attached them directly to all the speakers.
