Ok, putting it in perspective, I had to spend 15 minutes figuring it out but the installation went perfectly. Do the research before you start! Yes | No 5 out of 5 Does what it's supposed to Written By MarkB, Fort Collins, CO on Thursday, January 19, 2012 It works. There was an extra wire hanging off of it that wasn't really explained in the directions, but I figured it was probably for a power antenna. I do have to say the FM reception on the clarion unit I used this with is much worse than the factory unit it replaced, but I can't say whether it's the fact it's using this adapter or if it's the unit itself. Pros: Does what it's supposed to do. Cons: None Was this review helpful? Yes | No 5 out of 5 Yup.it's an antenna adapter Written By Beej, Burke, VA on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 This is pretty standard fare. Does what it's supposed to do. TIP: when you are using this adapter, you do not need the antenna wire in the Honda adapter harness. I guess you can wire all 3 together but that one in the Honda20 harness won't go anywhere. Was this review helpful? Yes | No 2 out of 5 Antenna Adapter Written By Ric, Oregon on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 Good product but poor installation instructions. I did not read the reviews and found nothing in the installation guide to direct me about connecting the blue wire to the power antennae wire. Radio reception was horrible. I called Tech support, ready to return the receiver, but was told I needed to make the blue wire connection. Problem solved, but better instructions would have avoided the problem altogether.
