Not a lot to say. This little adapter plugs into Honda's proprietary antenna connector and converts it to standard antenna connection for your aftermarket radio. Plug each end in and your done!

This was the one part from the system that did not fit. Not sure it was the right car model but I went and bought the right one and it worked fine.

Customer Q&A

Crutchfield asked
Why did you buy this?

needed for installation [ Michael  Jan 27, 2016 ]
To allow my upgrade to use factory wiring [ Scott  Dec 22, 2015 ]

1 question already asked

blue wire connects to the aftermarkets radios' power antenna/ turn on lead. [ Charles  May 11, 2015 ]
Check the wiring harness for the main head unit- there should be a corresponding blue wire to power the antennae amplifier in the car. If not, this simply needs to be connected to a switched 12V out (e.g. the power amp 'on' wire). [ George  May 11, 2015 ]
It's for power, if you have a power extending antenna you would hook the blue wire to the power for the extension motor. [ Tommy  May 10, 2015 ]
For details on fit or installation please contact an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. They will be able to pull up your vehicle and give you the details on if this will fit and what you will need for an installation in your vehicle. [ Krissy  May 10, 2015 ]  Staff
