Add Bluetooth® to your vehicle
This harness works with a Parrot hands-free Bluetooth kit to connect your compatible phone to your car's factory stereo system. Find the correct harness for your vehicle, then pick one of these Parrot kits: Parrot MKi9200, Parrot MKi9100, Parrot CK3100, or Parrot CK3000. You're on your way to enjoying hands-free calling in your car.
Remove the plug from the back of your factory radio. The Nissan/Infiniti Bluetooth Wiring T-harness plugs into that factory plug, then provides a connection to your factory radio and the Bluetooth kit. Reinstall the factory radio and mount the Bluetooth kit, and you're ready to go. When your cell phone rings, your radio or CD player is muted automatically, and the sound from your phone comes through your front speakers. Warranty: 1 year.

I have a 2004 Nissan 350z. I bought the Parrot Ck3100 and this harness worked perfectly even though "check to fit" list says it wont. Funny thing is that the description says it fits. This adapter will also work with an aftermarket radio, as long as you keep the stock connectors of course.
