Overview: The Spyclops Dome CCTV camera is a dome-style camera for home surveillance and monitoring. It is designed for use with Spyclops DVR systems. The camera has a durable metal housing, and weighs 1.76 pounds.

Camera: The camera comes mounted on a 4-3/4" diameter base that can be attached to a wall via 3 screws (screws and wall anchors included). It is designed for indoor or outdoor use. It has an in-line joystick control to make adjustments using the camera's on-screen display. The maximum height of the camera is 3-7/8".

Lens: The camera has a 2.8-12mm manual zoom vari-focal lens with a viewing angle of 109° (at 2.8mm) to 22° (at 12mm). The zoom and focus controls are located on the outside of the dome housing. Both require a small slotted screwdriver. It has a maximum aperture of F1.2.

Infrared LEDs: The camera is equipped with 36 infrared LEDs enhance the available light in dark areas up to 99' (30 meters) away to give you more image detail in extreme low light conditions. The infrared LEDs are automatically activated when light conditions are low. Minimum illumination is 0.001 Lux.

Image Sensor: The camera has a 1/3" Sony Super HAD CCD II image sensor with 976 (H) x 494 (V) active pixels, and a horizontal resolution of 700 TV lines. It includes the Sony EFFIO-E image processing chipset for sharp video images.

Weather Resistance: This Spyclops dome camera is IP66 compliant, which means it has been tested under the harshest conditions. The camera is dust proof and weatherproof. It is designed to operate in temperatures of +14°F to +122°F.

Note: The camera is tested against strong jets of water, but is not submersible.
