4-Channel DVR Kit: The Spyclops 4-channel Security DVR Kit contains
many of the items required for a small video surveillance system. The kit
includes a 4-channel DVR that can record audio and video, along with 2 mini-Dome
and 2 mini-Bullet cameras. Four 18-meter (59') lengths of video and power cable
are included, plus the mounting hardware for the cameras. No monitor is included
with the kit.
Dimensions: The DVR and Cameras have the following dimensions:

4-channel DVR: The DVR-4 is a 4-channel security DVR (digital
video recorder) can record audio and video from up to 4 attached cameras. It has
a built-in 500 GB SATA HDD for hours of recording time. The system HDD can be
upgraded to support up to 3 TB of storage. The unit stores 80-250MB of video or
up to 28.8MB of audio per hour per channel.
Operating System: The DVR has an embedded Linux operating system. An
optical mouse is included for controlling the system via its graphical user
interface. You can also control the system using the front panel buttons, or the
remote control. There are HDMI and VGA
outputs provided for connecting the DVR to a TV or computer monitor.
Recording Quality: The DVR-4 uses H.264 video and ADPCM audio
compression. With each channel, you can choose to record in CIF (360 x 240) or
D1 (720 x 480) resolution at up to 30 frames per second.
Note: The DVR is compatible with NTSC or PAL as the video standard. PAL
is the default setting, so you will need to select NTSC in the Setup menu
Network Setup: The DVR can be connected to your home network
for remote monitoring. Using the free EseeNet+ app, you can remotely view your
system from any web browser, iPhone, iPad, or Android device. EseeNet+ is
available for iPhone/iPad with iOS 4.3 or later, and Android devices with
version 2.3 and up.
Live Monitoring: You can monitor the DVR's connected cameras
in real time from a TV or computer monitor. The video quality during monitoring
is D1 (720 x 480). You can choose to display one channel at a time, or a grid of
all four channels at once.
Backup: Video and audio stored in the DVR can be easily and
quickly backed up using a USB drive (flash drive, portable HDD, or disk burner).
Two USB ports are included on the rear panel--one for the included mouse, and
one for a USB backup drive.
Notifications: The DVR can be configured to send an email
notification when certain events take place. In the Video Setup menu, you can
set up the unit to start recording and send you an email, when motion is
detected on a camera, if there is video loss (camera failure or is unplugged),
or video cover (camera is covered up).

Overview: The DVR4Kit1 includes 2 Mini Bullet CCTV cameras
and 2 Mini Dome CCTV cameras. The bullet cameras have a durable grey metal
housing, and can be used for outdoor or indoor recording. The dome cameras have
a white plastic housing, and are for indoor recording only.
Mounting: Mounting the cameras is simple. All of the screws
and wall anchors are included:
- Bullet Cameras: The bullet cameras come mounted on a 2-1/2"
that can be attached to a wall or ceiling via 3 screws. They can be tilted up to
90° on the base and rotated to properly orient the camera. The camera has an
adjustable sunshield to protect the lens from rain and direct sunlight.
- Dome Cameras: The dome cameras come mounted on a 3-5/8"
diameter base that can be attached to a wall or ceiling via 4 screws. The
cameras can be manually rotated and tilted for proper orientation. The
maximum height of the camera is 3".
Weather Resistance: The bullet cameras are IP66 compliant, which
means they have been tested under the harshest conditions. The cameras are dust proof
and weatherproof, and are designed to operate in temperatures of +14°F to +122°F.
The dome cameras are not weather resistant and are for indoor use only.
Lenses: Both the bullet and dome cameras have 3.6mm lenses with a viewing angle of
44°. The maximum aperture is F1.2.
Infrared LEDs: The cameras are equipped with 24 infrared LEDs
enhance the available light in dark areas up to 66' (20 meters) away to give you more image
detail in extreme low light conditions. The infrared LEDs are automatically activated when light conditions
are low. Minimum illumination is 0.001 Lux.
Image Sensor: The cameras have 1/4" CMOS HDIS image sensors
with 720 (H) x 480 (V) active pixels, and a horizontal resolution of 700 TV
