Your amplifier puts out big power and needs low-resistance wiring in order to deliver its power effectively. T-Spec 12-gauge speaker wire meets all American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) standards for size, resistance, and insulation quality, so you can be sure that your power will flow efficiently to your speakers and subs.
Recycled copper often contains impurities and contaminants from the recycling process that can adversely affect a copper wire's conductivity. That's why T-Spec uses only oxygen-free non-recycled, virgin copper to maximize power flow in their speaker wires. The high strand count of this cable and its special PVC blended jacket give it an extraordinary flexibility for an easier installation. In fact, this speaker wire is so rugged that it's marine certified, too. Warranty: 1 year.

Nice quality wire. Would buy again.
Pros: Nice quality
i love this wire cant get enough of it wish i could get more
Pros: moisture protected, excellent for larger sub woofers, black and white color coding, great flexibility, and friendly to your wallet
Cons: it doesn't come in any other color other then that thumbs up
Like the thick protective coating to protect from chaffing. It is plenty of gage thick to carry the signal. Go big or stay home and complain about distortion.
Pros: Gage thickness and protective rubber covering
Cons: If you're looking to bend the wire and have it stay for appearance; this is not the wire.
Nice heavy sheath. Black and white coded, if you're blind then they are shaped square and round. I made sure I went up a gauge for my install, had a very short run from under the drivers seat the back the cab of my Ranger. Speaker wire won't be the issue.
Pros: Nice to work with. Had a little trouble cutting the ends with my wire pliers, but not the wires fault. Very hard to pierce the sheathing, helps prevent shorts, opens, or grounds.
Cons: If you strip the ends and get into the wire a bit, it pulls out like super fine hair. Can be a little messy. Be careful when stripping and use the right size wire pliers so it won't be a issue.
Was given more than enough and was very high quality wire
Pros: Wonderful wire
Worked for me. Not sure how much quality varies in speaker wire but seemed to be well made.
Pros: Not sure
A good, heavy duty wire! Ran from Sub output on Amplifir to sub. Did Not need as much as I was sent though! But, without knowing final sub position, I had plenty of wire to make connection.
Pros: Good heavy duty wire! Easy to identify plus and minus wires, by the different shape of wire insulation.
Cons: Almost too big of wire, to fit subwoofer connections! Otherwise, no objections!
The speaker wire you sent me was just enough to make my first hook up in my box. You guys really made things easy for me and i thank you!
Pros: Cant say enought good things about the wire you sent me. If i ever need more equiptment for my sound system, you've got my back...... Mahalo
If you are serious about installing amps and sound systems like me i cant stress how important it s to buy high quality speaker wire. I run speaker wire directly from the back of every speaker to the amps.
Pros: High Quality great appearance and construction.
Very easy to run wire and will tell all my friends about it
exactly what I needed
Needed an upgrade and was worried about upgrading and being disappointed. Cant believe I worried. The Crutchfield team hooked me up! Alpine UTE52 deck, Sound Ordanance M-1500 amp and S.O. B-12 sub. Awesome awesome sound! The deck is confusing but it doesnt really matter - it works! Put it in a Honda Pilot.
Pros: Easy install and sounds great
Cons: Confusing menus on deck and the manual comes on a disk.
This is some really high quality speaker wiring. holds together nicely and the insulation is awesome too. Smart to put 2 different shaped insulations around each wire.
Pros: High Quality you can really feel it 2 different shaped insulators make it easy to tell which wire you have for those tight spaces.
Cons: That I didn't buy more
Awesome wire wish I would have ordered more!... people get this wire it's awesome
Pros: Best wire I have ever used
Thick and very durable speaker wires!!!!!!!!
Pros: Cheap! Very durable!
Easy to solder, Durable and seem to be good quality.
Pros: Separates easy.
Probably the best speaker wire for the money. Has black and white coloring for easy grabbing pos& neg. also is round and square if for some reason you can't see the colors. True to gauge, perfectly made.
Pros: Good colors and square & round lines.
Is what it claims to be.
Pros: Good cable.
Cons: Not really a con, but probably overkill for speakers, which is what I used it for.
Great product- I was doing a auto restoration 1968 Firebird - the audio was one of the last things to do - T-Spec 12-gauge Speaker Wire was just one of the many upgrades -
Pros: Price Quality
Cons: not much I can say
I went into the store told them what I need and how long they came back out with it and the cost was great also
Cheaper and better quality than most of the wire i was able to find.
This is the best wire Ive ever seen!
Pros: It's the best.
Cons: Makes others pale in comparison.
this is good quality speaker wire. its not way over priced like some of the competitors.
Pros: good quality product
Wire is very well constructed, great price and quality.
Pros: Very good quality
This was a great product for the price. I didn't have to buy more than I needed. Only by the foot. It was a great buy, because I have friends that bought their 12 gauge wire on another online retailer site and other places and their 12 gauge speaker wire is actually 16 or even 18 gauge. Trust me. you will want to buy from Crutchfield, because you don't want to find out the hard way like my friends did!
Purchased this wire to reduce line loss to my door speakers. Because of the size I expected it to be much larger than other speaker wire I have used in the past. It was larger as expected, BUT the pliability of the wire was amazing. If you have limited space you may want to consider a smaller size. Perhaps 14 awg or smaller. I gave this wire 5 star rating because of its quality and capability even though it was more than I needed.
Pros: Quality wire with high pliability.
Cons: More than I required BUT well worth the price.
Easy to use, very sturdy
Pros: Easy to use, nice markings
Works Great, high quality..
Pros: Looks great, Easy to tell which is pos and which is neg
The best speaker wire ever got with good insulation
Pros: color identification
nice tough speaker wire, perfect for my system
Best speaker wire I ever used, transfers plenty of power to juice up my Alpine 15' subs.
Pros: Easy to distinguish positive from negative, flat enough to fit anywhere.
This is a great product, very high quality at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend to all and I will purchase it again when ever needed in the future.
Great product. Was what I expected.
Great no cutting into the original wiring just plug it in.
Pros: Great item to have
Product was exactly what I needed for my subwoofer install. Great product! Great price!
Pros: Everything needed!
Very good wire u can get it lower than 12 gauge if you like it's pushing around 700 watts at 4 ohms through it no problem at all getting hot at all and it's all copper for a great flow and marine spec so it could be on a boat if you wish excellent clean looking / working speaker wire
Couldn't ask for anything better, quality was put into making this product which makes it super easy to hook up and enjoy!
Pros: Quality made and very durable!!!!
Cons: No complaints
It works as it's supposed to.
Pros: Can't really go wrong with speaker wire.
Great wire. First impression when I picked up this wire was how heavy it was. Wire looks great and is very flexible. One thing to note though, is that one side of the wire's insolation (I believe the white) is rectangular, while the other side's is the typical circular. This does however, make the wire easier to work with in the dark. (polarity is easily determined by feeling the wire's shape)
Pros: Quality, Flexibility, Appearance, Price
These speaker wires are great. The larger than normal gauge has less resistance and helps to produce better sound. I am using these speaker wires for my 600W 10" Kicker Subwoofer that is being powered by a 600W kicker amp. So far everything sounds great. The insulation is really tough and thick to protect the wires. Overall this is a great product.
Pros: Large Gauge, Thick Insulation, Can get it cut to length
Installer used 16g kicker wire for my Alpine SWR 12 DVC 4 ohm running in a vented box powered by an Alpine MRX 2400 watt amp running at 2ohms. Subwoofer calls for 1000 rms and 3000 peak. I only go by RMS. I think it is better to over power and run the amp at low power. Sounded great but something was missing. Realized when I went in back to take a peak(this is not my first system) just the first one in this SUV. Have ran JL W6, Eclipse Titanium when they were solid, etc etc. Heard great things about the new SWR Alpine subs; the newest gen. Gave the sub a shot. Love it. I think it actually equals the JL in SQ and SPL. Really do. It is not messy bad bass like in the past I had heard from some Alpine subs. I hate SPL sloppy bass that just booms and has no SQ. If this sub wasn't good the JL went right back in and I would send it back or if it wasn't perfect enough for me Wifey likes bass. Love the sub. Knew something was missing cause it hit so hard and crisp most of the time. Sure enough. Who runs 16g on a 1000 rms sub???? Crutchfield studs got the 12g out to me asap and man it made all the difference. I mean really did. This is great oxygen free wire that won't wither over time. Love the classic black and white. I swear it was night and day for 10 feet of wire that was probably 25 bucks I believe give or take. The advisors said give it a shot and if you are not happy go back to the JL. They were right the 12g was the key. I am going to go with a bigger box. Alpine says 1.7 do 2
Pros: Oxygen free, Crutchfield Support, Classy look, Sounds great
Works as expected and has a nice insulation
Great speaker wire the size is amazing and the quality is great
its wire. does the job well so no problem here. colors black and white.
Pros: price and quality.
Ncie heavy duty speaker wire bought by the foot so just the amount you need.
Pros: Purchase by the foot for $2/foot.
Heavy duty 12 gauge wire. Well insulated. Certainly adequate for the job.
Pros: Black and white insulation eliminates confusion between positive and negative when making the connection from speaker to amplifier. I prefer the solid colors to a clear line and a clear line with a stripe.
I've always bought cheap wire in the past but I figured I'd give a more expensive wire the try to see if there is a difference. I noticed a big difference of the texture of the wires as well as the size of the wires inside. You can tell it is a better quality wire and I'm happy with the purchase.
Pros: Good quality, thick insulation .
It does what it says it is quality speaker wire.
Pros: Easy to tell the difference between negative and positive wire
