Looking to give your vehicle a little extra "oomph," power-wise? XS Power's XP Series batteries deliver reliable supplemental energy for your high-performance car audio system and hydraulics. They also make a great solution for your boat or RV's auxiliary electric needs, or for just about any application outside the engine compartment.
XP Series batteries feature a sealed absorbed glass mat (AGM) design that incorporates special glass fiber mats that contain the acid electrolyte between the lead plates, rather than a standard flooded (liquid) design. These batteries actually store energy, so you don't have to add a capacitor to your system to get a quick burst when you need it.
The compact XS Power XP750 12-volt battery provides up to 750 maximum amps and has a capacity of 22 amp-hours. It'll provide a big boost to your car audio system, and it offers ready reserve power for your boat or UTV. You can even use it for non-vehicle applications, such as emergency lighting, alarms, and more.
This battery's compact size lets you get creative with your installation. Since there are no external vents on an XP Series battery, you can mount it in a passenger compartment, below a seat, or inside a glove box without fear of leaks — no more worries about corrosion or damage to chrome or paint. XS Power guarantees their batteries will not leak, even if damaged. These batteries also resist extreme vibrations so they'll perform in the trunk or hatch area without skipping a beat.
XS Power offers a handy vehicle guide on their website. Simply enter the year, make, and model, and you'll instantly receive a list of batteries that should fit your vehicle. And they'll recommend installation accessories to help make things more convenient. Or just give us a call and talk to one of our experts.
Note: XP Series batteries do not have reinforced casings and are not recommended for daily under-the-hood applications.
Bought this for a cooler stereo and it is awesome, it ran for 8 hours and was all playing at the end of the day. This battery is light weight and full of power
Pros: Can lay on its side
Cons: You need the battery post adapters
The battery has definitely done its job for me my lights don't flicker very much at all.. I have also noticed that my voltage has stabilize throughout the car with the addition of the battery.. this was just what I needed to supplement my in car battery.
Pros: The battery is small and compact and allows me to use a small space that cannot accommodate a regular battery
Cons: None right now.. I have only had the battery for one week..
Great battery powered everything i needed powered and is still small enough not to be in the way of everything!
Pros: sleek and small. Very powerful for the size. VERY IMPRESSIVE
Overview: The XS Power XP750 is a 12-volt battery that is designed to be used as a supplemental power source in your vehicle. It can be used to provide additional power for your car audio system, or can be used in marine applications. It is not designed to be installed under the hood or replace the OEM battery in your vehicle.
Terminals: The XP750 battery has a terminal insert with an M5 thread. It comes with socket cap head bolts that allow you to fasten the ring terminal to the battery, so no additional hardware is necessary. The XP750 is not compatible with other terminal adapters offered by XS Power.
Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM): XS Power's AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries use a fibrous material to suspend the liquid electrolyte against the lead plates. Because the electrolyte is absorbed in the material, there is little chance of an acid leak, even in the event the case is ruptured. AGM batteries contain more lead compared to traditional "flooded" batteries, thus producing more power.
Installation: In typical car stereo applications, XP-series batteries are installed in the trunk or hatch of the vehicle, close to the amplifier. It should be wired in parallel (+ to + and - to -) with your vehicle's battery. A second battery install kit, such as the XS Power AK1000, can be used to connect the XP750.
Specifications: The XP750 has the following specifications:

I use a trickle charger, works just fine. Any type of 12v charger will work [ Josh Feb 17, 2015 ]
I use a 2amp trickle charger by battery tender and it works well to maintain and charger [ MAURICE Feb 16, 2015 ]
James, I bought this battery to convert my cooler into a music playing device. I bought a small trickle charger that had secure lead connections (i.e. bolt on) and just plug it into the wall in my garage. The trickle charger had a 2-prong plug in-between the charger and the leads that you can easily disconnect from the charger while leaving the leads bolted onto the battery; I just drilled a whole in the side of the cooler to accommodate for that. For the past 6 months, it has worked well - usually holds about a 10 hour charge depending on how loud the music it. [ ANDREW Feb 16, 2015 ]
I just use a trickle charger (battery maintainer) that I bought at a local retailer to maintain a full charge. [ jack Feb 16, 2015 ]
Don't remember the battery was horrible and I returned it to Crutchfields [ LYNN Feb 16, 2015 ]
I use a charger with an AGM setting and I trickle charge it. [ Ken Feb 16, 2015 ]
