Can't find your exact car?

The CD-AH200C Android adapter kit lets you use your compatible Android device with Pioneer's SPH-DA100 AppRadio 2  and other select Pioneer multimedia receivers. Once connected, you'll be able to display and control compatible Android apps on the receiver's touchscreen using Pioneer's Advanced App Mode.

Pioneer includes a variety of cables and adapters to connect your compatible Android to your receiver. In every case, the digital connections ensure the best audio and video quality, and let you charge your device when it's connected. Warranty: 1 year.

Why would I need an iPod® adapter?

An iPod adapter allows you to connect your iPod to your car stereo, then access your playlists with your stereo's controls - a great idea for several reasons. One, you can scroll through your song titles on your stereo's larger display, instead of squinting down at your iPod. Two, you can route the adapter cable to your glove compartment or center console, so your iPod stays safely out of sight. Three, the iPod adapter keeps your iPod fully charged, so it's ready to rock when you leave your car. And last of all, some adapters bypass your iPod's internal digital-to-analog converter, using your stereo's superior DAC to turn your files back into music.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Good product but a little pricey, and I think it should have come with the stereo.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

it cost a bit too much for what it does, and it does not support Nexus 4.

Pros: if you just don't want to play the guessing game to get your phone working, this one will save you a lot of time.

Too many unnecessary parts for me

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I purchased a Pioneer AppRadio 3, SPH-DA210 and was told that I needed this kit to connect it to my Motorola Razr Maxx. All that was needed were HDMI and USB cables. Nothing else in the box was needed. I'm quite sure that I could have saved a few bucks had I known.

Pros: The cables that I actually needed are working

Cons: Too many extra parts in the box.

A bit Pricey Samsung Owners Beware

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

These are just plain jane cables. This kit comes with a 5V power supply that outputs USB to micro USB. Then there is a MHL adapter that goes from HDMI to a 5pin micro USB connection. This is where it gets hairy. The newer Samsung phones (Galaxy Note 2 / S4) require an 11 pin MHL adapter to function. You can buy the adapter or just buy the official Samsung 2.0 MHL adapter to replace the unit in the box. Again, a DIY would cost lots less. I feel the package here is overpriced and not fully compatible.

Pros: Solid construction. All part needed are there with exception of phones that require 11 pin MHL connections.

Cons: Too much money. I know they build support into the price, but they shouldn't for cables.

Works as it should

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This much for an MHL adapter is crazy, but once again Crutchfield saves the day and includes this product free with appradio2 purchase. Lots of people report issues with cheaper mhl adapters, but there are no problems with this official kit. includes everything you need for an android phone, but again Pioneer should've included it with the unit to begin with

Pros: works. it's a cable thats all it needs to do

Cons: Theres alot of cable. 6' hdmi, 6' of usb, powersource box. luckily my subaru had a ton of space behind the radio, others may not be as lucky

A cable connection kit for android phones, not much to it really. Does include both the mhl and hdmi connections needed, and installing was pretty straight forward.

Pros: Gets the job done

Cons: None
