Pioneer's DEH-P8600MP CD receiver has a multicolor OEL display, which means even more in-dash excitement for you! The simple button layout gives the motorized face a balanced and attractive appearance.
After you get over the awesome visuals, turn it on for equally awesome sound. Your music is processed by a 24-bit Burr-Brown digital-to-analog converter and powered by a MOSFET50 internal amp (22 watts RMS x 4). The two work together to deliver incredibly rich and detailed sound.
Pioneer's BMX digital processing restores the sharpness and depth that can get lost when music is converted into MP3 or WMA files. For perfectly tuned sound, Auto EQ uses a 13-band equalizer and an included microphone to measure your car's acoustics and adjust the receiver's sonic output accordingly. Other sound control tools include Easy EQ (five preset tone curves) and Automatic Sound Levelizer (adjusts the volume to compensate for changes in road noise levels).
Pioneer's Supertuner IIID does a great job of pulling in earthbound radio stations, or you can add an optional Pioneer XM tuner if you prefer the endless variety of satellite radio (XM antenna and subscription also required). A wireless remote is included.
