TomTom Map Database: The Pioneer CNDV-110MT 2012 Navigation Upgrade Disc contains the latest TomTom map & POI database for the United States & Canada.

Installation: The two map update DVD discs will need to be inserted into your Pioneer head unit's disc slot (separately). Data will be downloaded from the two DVD discs onto the Pioneer head unit's internal memory. This software requires that your Pioneer navigation head unit be properly connected to your vehicle's parking brake. If not properly connected and depending on your vehicle, additional installation may be required. You will need to activate your upgrade at http://www.pioneernavigationupdate.com as part of the installation (upgrade) process.

Warning: Due to the increase in available POIs and the accompanying memory requirements, installing this software will result in the loss of the Pioneer navigation head unit's Driver's View option when selecting map view modes. All other map view modes including; Map Mode, Guide Mode, Route View, 2D Twin Map View, 3D Twin Map View, Vehicle Dynamics, and Rear View will remain available after performing the software map update.

too mcuh money for a map

Written By Panasonic nav update, gresham oregon on Thursday, January 03, 2013

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This was way too much money for just a map upgrade. I was hoping it would update the whole nav system, nope. It also took 3 hours to update, had to jump my car 1/2 thru upgrade. My advice., use google maps.

Pros: ?

Cons: A lot of money for a map.
