Ease of Use
This is a great product for the money...looks great, works(ed) great...until iPhone 5 changeover. Before this I could watch Netflix, view on-screen navigation via Waze or NavFree, watch YouTube videos and videos from my phone and much more. I was very pleased until I upgraded my phone to iPhone 5. None of these features work now. So, if you have an older phone or not an iPhone, you will probably be pleased as I was. If not, shop around for a iPhone 5 compatible device. By the way, Crutchfield customer service rocks. Good job. Pioneer customer service is simply terrible. No follow up, communication or concern about resolving issues. F-. I do realize Apple changed things and caused the issue but...step up Pioneer! I rated it high for the product...not for Pioneer.
Pros: Attractive interface, nice EQ settings, easy to use, Great with older or non iPhone 5 use. Multifunctional. Good Bluetooth.
Cons: Pioneer customer service will leave you hanging. Would have been nice to have USB input on the rear of the unit as well.
