2006 Chevrolet Colorado
Clear sound. Easy install. Sound much better than factory speakers.
Pros: Easy install. Great price. Good sound.
Cons: Not much bass.

The multi-driver array on this speaker brings out all the midrange and high-frequency details.
Are your car's factory speakers sounding less than fresh? Pioneer built their A-Series speakers to be high-performance replacements for your old speakers, designed from the ground up to bring back the life that your music's been missing. You'll be able to enjoy the clear vocals, chunky guitar riffs, powerful drums, and distinct bass lines that have always been a part of your favorite tunes, but have remained hidden behind sub-par speakers.
Pioneer equipped the TS-A1675R 6-1/2" speakers with multilayer mica-matrix woofers that stay rigid when the volume's turned up, keeping distortion to a minimum so your bass sounds clean. Each woofer gets paired up with a midrange speaker and a tweeter to add warmth and clarity to your driving soundtrack. These speakers will sound great running off your factory stereo, but they'll really shine when driven by an aftermarket receiver or an external amp. Don't drive another day listening to tired-sounding tunes, when you can enjoy Pioneer sound quality with these speakers in your vehicle.
Clear sound. Easy install. Sound much better than factory speakers.
Clear sound. Easy install. Sound much better than factory speakers.
Pros: Easy install. Great price. Good sound.
Cons: Not much bass.
This is a very well balanced sounding speaker. Nice highs and mids, but could use a bit more bass response. But for the price it is an excellent value.
Pros: Nice highs and mids.
Cons: Could use a bit more bass response.
I'm really surprised by the clear sound of these speakers. I installed them in the front of my 2002 Avalanche and they make a total difference compared to the old factory speakers. I initially was using them with the factory radio. However, I just installed a new Pioneer receiver/cd player and these speakers sound even better. They were fairly easy to install. However you do need to drill holes into the door panel, which is fairly easy. I'm sure if you used them with an amp they would sound really professional. However, I'm satisfied with them as they are. Now need to replace the rear speakers.
Pros: Crisp, clear sound. Very nice mid's and high's. The bass is adequate, unless you're wanting super strong bass (need an amp).
If you're looking to upgrade your stock speakers for a reasonable price, these are the speakers for you. The speakers came with adapter cables and installed easily in under an hour.
Pros: Great performance at a reasonable price.
Cons: Depending on your vehicle, you may need to do some cutting/modification if you want the pioneer grills to fit inside the doors, which will allow the cars door paneling to be placed over the speakers.
They have a marvelous sound. When I listen to music on these new speakers, i swear I'm hearing parts I never heard before.
Pros: Easy to install.
Good speaker for the price
Pros: Low cost, clear sound at low to mid volume
Cons: Distorts if bass is turned up very much over half way, even with a factory head unit
These speakers work extremely well through all frequency ranges. You get the highs from the tweeters, the voice from the mid range, and the lows from the 6.5 large speakers. I would say the low is more of a Bang than a Boom so the ideal paring is to add subs woofs along these speakers. If you do that you not going to find any combination out there that sounds better; High, Voice, Bang, and Boom.
Pros: Great sound through all frequency ranges. Great upgrade for factory replacement speakers.
Cons: May need to add Sub woofs to get the Boom to go along with the Bang from these speakers. That can be said about any 6.5 inch speakers so this is not really a Con.
I purchased 2 sets for my wife's 2008 Honda Civic Si which had the front speakers busted. I put all four on in less than an hour. The kit makes install a breeze. The sound is superior by far. Shipping was quick, too.
Pros: For the money, it sounds great.
I bought 6-1/2 front and 4x6 rears for my truck. They sound great, good for the price ! My son the IT says I need a new receiver, hmmm! guess I'll ask Santa.
2015 Silverado rear door replacement. Using with stock non-bose 8"lcd head unit. Better mids and highs than stock speakers, but much diminished bass. With door panels on and fade adjusted, not terrible. Would like to hear what the Kicker yellow series 6.5's would sound like in there as they had much crisper bass (but lower mids/highs) in the local store display.
Pros: Cost Mids/Highs
Cons: Bass (without amp) VERY flimsy woofer surrounds
I hear everything in the songs now! Great sound.
I recently upgraded my factory speakers with Pioneer TS-A1675 and am very pleased. What I notice is increased clarity and a cleaner defined sound. The "muddiness" of the stock speakers is gone. My head unit is an Alpine Media Player with 16 watts x 4, I will be adding a more powerful Alpine amp and Kicker under-seat subwoofer in the near future.
Pros: Fit. Easy install. Price. Improved sound quality.
My Mini Cooper has the Harmon Kardon stereo option. To change the rear speakers requires the purchase of a new radio head unit which I was not keen to do. Replacing the small tweeters in the door also required some drilling and fitting so all I could easily replace were the 2 door speakers. I wanted to do this as with the top down you could hear very little of the music withoit lots of distortion. These increased the bass some and the music is a little clearer. For the money I got what I paid for but hard to condemn or condone these with the limitations I put on them by replacing only the 2 door speakers.
Pros: Price, ease of fitment, better bass than stock
Consider these replacements for your stock speakers (especially if your stock speakers tore) but dont expect them to sound significantly better. There is only a slight improvement if any. The reasoning behind these are to replace stock speakers made of cheap materials with speakers with these speakers that have marginally better materials.
Pros: Cheap, better materials
Cons: Doesnt sound significantly better than stock speakers
Sound is good for the price. Would like to see a full grill cover instead of a decoration style.
Pros: Value vs. price
Cons: Grill cover is a decoration rather than a functional protective cover.
I have always gone with pioneer speakers as long as I have been into car stereo systems. So I decided to go with what I know in my Tahoe and I was highly disappointed. Now I can't fully blame the sound quality on Pioneer simply because of the placement location of the speakers in the doors by Chevy. I have the Bose system in the truck and decided to upgrade from the paper speakers and go with a more durable type speaker. I should have just kept the factory speakers in. The sound I was expecting was just not there for a 3 way speaker.......Smh. Very disappointed.
Pros: Durable, quality speakers. 3 way capability. Nice looking. Easy to install.
Cons: Sound quality just not there. Just not the umph I was expecting from pioneer
excellent sound, nice and clear
Pros: great sound, easy install
Cons: no cons
I bought these to replace the blown out stock front speakers in my Forester. These made a huge difference. Very crisp, clean sound for the price.
added these in with TS-G4644R (in dash) got just what I wanted
Pros: Thanks the brackets perfect fit
Cons: There are no cons
these are really nice speakers. they are much better than the original ones that came with my Jag
Pros: very clear, full sound
these speakers are great. They were easy to put in. Supplied with great instructions. Best part is now I have great music.
Installed in a 2008 GMC Sierra. Good mid and high range sound. Much crisper sound than the factory speakers.
Pros: Good mids and highs.
Cons: Bass is what is expected from this size speaker. Addition of a sub is required if you like bass in your music.
Sound is clear and is worth the price. With subs you get great whole sound.
These speakers keep Pioneer's good reputation going since the last ones I purchased for 15 years ago, they still sound good. I can easily say that they sound loud and clear with no distortion w/o an actual need for an amp; and that's with only the factory stereo unit.
Pros: - loud - clarity - no distortion
Cons: - could not utilize the include grill because my car's door did not allow it.
Sound really good in my Saturn outlook mids and highs cleaned up 10fold over factory set up. Put a sub in for lows. Not trying to build a competition system just a great sounding car .....think these hit the mark
Pros: Sound for price is rite on the spot.
Cons: Not a pro installer so positive negative marked better would of helped me.
They are awesome speakers and sound very good. I have they plugged in with my subs and sound very clear!
Pros: They can take a lot of power. They sound clear. They look cool
Great sound! These speakers are a huge improvement from the factory speakers. Very happy and the tech support was very helpful.
Bought these as an upgrade from the factory speakers for my daughters car. These installed in the factory brackets and attached to the factory wiring harness with the included wiring adaptor. For a 6.5" speaker these sound amazing and my daughter loves them.
Pros: Great Price, Easy to install no cutting of factory wires, Sound Great!!
well to start off i found the same pair for less and they say it fits the door in a 2013 civic si coupe but it doesnt it hits and needed a spacer. i bought a 1in spacer and i should have gone with a 3/4 but they didnt have any :( my door at the bottom doesnt clip so i get a little vibration noise.
Pros: the speakers themselves are great very high treb tho you need good rears also or youll get head aches from everything right up front
Cons: doesnt fit exactly but can be modified to fit
Installed in my 2013 Subaru Forester X. Noticed an immediate slight improvement in clarity. Installation was easy with the included brackets and screws. Magnets in these pioneers are about 2.5x bigger than the factory speakers. I'm slowly upgrading my Forester's sound system from stock, next on the list are front speakers and head unit.
Pros: Price. Clearer sound.
Cons: No bass.
Great deal. Appeared to be just an open box item, no scratches or dent and all same brand accesories. As far as sound it was exactly as expected.
Pros: Easy to install, perfect fit and good balanced sound.
I bought a 2002 Acura RL and have to replace the speakers. This pair was a great choice for what I need! being 3-way, it hit the highs, lows, mids just perfect, and with Acura's stock power amp - it was awesome! I installed this on the front door - so you get the sweet spot. Great bang for the heard-earned bucks!
Pros: Great choice for a versatile listener - from classical to hip-hop listener. Crisp & clear sound without breaking the bank.
Cons: None at this time.
great speakers they sound great
Pros: great sound
Cons: none yet
This is my third set of these for different vehicles. The highs and lows are strong. Better bass response than cheaper speakers (I tried to save $12 once)... these are well worth the money. Used in Subaru doors and Dodge full size Ram rear doors. Would buy again. I have used these with a stock radio, and also with after-market radio and amp... no issues.
THESE 3 WAY SPEAKERS ARE AWESOME, SO MUCH CLEARER AND CRISPER THAN THE 2 WAYS THAT I HAD INSTALLED BY A STEREO SHOP LAST YEAR. THESE CAN HANDLE MORE POWER, 50 RMS AND 300 MAX. PERFECT FIT AND EASY TO INSTALL THANKS TO CRUTCHFIELDS VEHICLE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. I RECOMEND YOU USE THE SPEED NUTS THAT COME WITH THE KIT, THE STEREO SHOP THAT INSTALL THE OTHER 6.5'S LAST YEAR ONLY USED SMALL SCREWS SO THAY CAME LOOSE.AND ALSO USE THE DYNAMAT SOUND DEADENING SHEETS THEY DO MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE.
Pros: EASY INSTALL, PERFECT FIT, AWESOME SOUND.
For the money you can't beat the sound quality. They are on a whole other level from the factory speakers. The clarity is amazing, even at high volumes.
Pros: Good sound, Loudness, Clarity, Durable, Price
OK this speaker has good sound and clear . I changed for my Nissan Versa 2007. I had factory stereo and factory speaker. Change excellent I don't qualify 5 start because don't has good bass. With Ipod excellent sound. Other speaker has more bass. Put a subwoofer and you will have excellent music.
Pros: Clear and good sound
Cons: Not has very hight bass
They fit nice in confind areas
Fit perfect in my '92 f150 so much better that the stock
Paired with a subwoofer these speakers sound good. I am no audiophile, but the beat the pants off the factory speakers I replaced.
Pros: Good sound
Cons: Don't deliver bass as you would expect from a 6" speaker
I replaced some factory speakers and these are an upgrade but not a huge improvement. High and mid range is good, bass is kinda flat, not much punch or feel. Not expecting super high end sound for this price but I thought they would be a bit better. Thinking about upgrading
Pros: Price, high-mid range
Cons: Bass lacking
Great upgrade to my Canyon Truck
Pros: Easy install with good instructions
Nice replacement for factory speakers. Great sound quality. Crutchfield's instructions were spot on for speaker install.
Pros: Great sound Easy install
great sound ,love the high,s just what my truck needed to stand out
Pros: great high,s
Great Speakers with all of the attachments for my car. Quick shipping. Installation easier than expected.
Speakers have smooth, crisp sound
Full range of sound in my case had to drill holes very easy to install ! Came with the right plug adapter to my factory plug ! Sound way better then my factory speakers !
Pros: Good sounding for the money !
They work as expected. Very pleased with both pair of speakers.
Pros: They fit.
Replaced old aftermarket speakers that came with my truck with these. For the price these sound amazing. Haven't had any crackling or distortion when I have the volume up loud. Very easy to install with the wiring kit Crutchfield sent with them. Just another reason why i will be a repeat customer with them for life.
Pros: Great build quality and sound for the price Good looking speakers without provided grilles, look even better with them on
this is one of the best speaker on the market, sound great
Pros: ideal for playing mids & highs
Great sounding highs but the mids just arn't there. Super easy install.
Pros: No need for tweeters with these
Cons: Very weak mids
Excellent sound. No need of additional devices to hear the music the way I like.
Speakers sound great and fit perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy audio. Crutchfield is the best way to go.
They look great installed real easy
Pros: Look Good
Great factory replacement. Bolted right in with only 1 hole to drill for each speaker. Wiring harness was simple and easy. As an audio engineer, with trained ears the actual performance of the speakers is: The speaker has crisp highs and great midrange with a dead spot in the middle-low frequencies which is to be expected. It does not have great bass but they make speakers for that. Gave it 4 stars due to the frequency dead spot around 1-4k range.
Pros: Easy install, crisp sounds, good response
Cons: needs a bit more low end response
I bought these as a replacement for my stock speakers in a 2006 4Runner. I purchased them at the recommendation of a Crutchfield advisor, and now I wish I hadn't. These speaker are no better than my factory, paper-cone speakers than came with the car. They have plenty of mids and highs, but cannot handle any lows. They also distort at higher volume. I wish I had saved my money and purchased something else. They are $40 speakers at best. These are not something I would recommend for anyone.
Pros: Came with install gear
Cons: Distortion at high volumes Terrible bass Expensive
Pros: Perfect price and fit
Speakers are great replacement speakers. Good sound with decent bass.
Replaced four Lexus RX300 OEM door mount speakers with the Pioneer TS-A1675R speakers. Except for these new speakers, the stereo system is the standard stock, OEM system. The sound from these speakers is well rounded with much better bass and highs when compared to the factory OEM speakers. Following installation, the improvement in sound was noticeable as soon as I turn the stereo on. Value for the dollar, it's hard to beat these speakers.
Pros: Easy installation (once the door panels are removed). Crutchfield mounting bracket and wiring harness worked great and helped simplify speaker installation.
Big improvement compared to the Honda Accord 2012 original speakers. Was easier to install than the instructions indicated since I didn't have to drill any holes. The Sub-woofer that I didn't t replace in the center of rear deck rattles but online forums seem to feel it is due to the acoustics of the rear deck not the sub-woofer.
Pros: Good clean crisp sound even without adding an amp.
The speakers are great for the price, everything sounds much crisper compared to the old stock speakers, bass seems weak but that's probably due to the fact that I need a new amp. Going to order a new amp and see how it goes from there.
Great sound for the money. Huge upgrade over the OEM speakers. Very crisp and clean sound throughout the spectrum. Fit in perfectly and Crutchfield made installation a snap with the included mounting adapter and wiring harness.
Pros: A great value with clean sound.
Cons: Bass is slightly weak, but completely acceptable.
Used in 2003 Suburban. Fit as expected. Needed to either drill 3 mounting screw holes or, as I did, use self tapping screws. Instructions on door panel removal were good and complete. Sound is about the same to my 70 year old ears and I couldn't really tell the difference between the Pioneer and the original but I replaced both anyway. First one took 45 minutes with interruptions; second, 20 minutes (used a bent coat hanger to hang door panel from window glass so I could avoid the electrical wire plug removal). Highly recommended these speakers if one of yours fails.
Pros: Simple replacement, comparable sound, can't tell they were replaced, work fine.
These speakers are great for a small car like my Smart Car.
Pros: Great Sound
Cons: There is none.
I was really surprised with the audio quality, these 3 way speakers have very good clarity, even at high volumes. Had a little difficulty installing, because my truck only had two speakers stock, but that was expected. They made an incredible difference to the sound and bass, and they look awesome. Very impressed with the customer service as well
Pros: Good bass Look great Include grilles
Cons: None yet
Not bad - certainly better than the OEM speakers
Pros: not bad sound
Cons: highs a little muffles
Excellent sound for the money. Easy to install.
As always, Pioneer does it again with another quality product and great fitment and perfect sound!!
Pros: Great fitment and perfect sound!
I am pleased with these speakers from unpacking to installing. The speakers have a quality appearance and feel right out of the box, and the sound improvement is quite noticeable. I replaced the factory Harmon Kardon midrange door speakers with these 3 way units for a major improvement in sound quality, midrange/mid bass response and a much more balanced sound experience. I have left the factory door handle mounted tweeters active and the sound is clean and not overly bright or harsh. This was a great recommendation from the Crutchfield advisor. Installation was quite simple with the included adapters, and the addition of DynaMat squares helped improve the overall sound quality. The Mini Cooper doors/door panels have a tendency to buzz and now everything is quiet and buzz free.
Pros: Great customer service and support, ease of installation, great sound and bang-for-your-buck.
Greatest of speakers. Sound quality 1000% better than anything from GM that was original. Installation went well had to figure out mounting to fixtures as T nuts had to be used differently than intended. Overall, installation went as expected.
Pros: Great speakers and all install parts fit as they should
Great door speaker replacements. Bought these along with the Scosche adapters for my Civic coupe. Powering them with a Polk Audio 600 Watt amp and they sound great!
Speakers sound great, and are inexpensive
Pros: sound, price
Cons: Grille offers little protection for woofer
Typically Pioneer products, nothing but good things to report.
Very pleased with purchase price and quality of sound.easy to install.
Pros: Sounds good with pioneer radio and easy to install.
Replaced the factory components with these little suckers. The highs on the factories were too tinny, and the bass washed out the mids. These little Pioneers were the perfect remedy for that - The sounds are beautifully separated and you get great clarity from the mids and highs even when the bass is pumping. Speaking of the bass, these are a little "punchy" - I don't mind it, but probably see a sub in in my future to smooth things out.
Pros: Clarity, clarity, clarity.
Cons: Punchy bass, but this is a 6 1/2 cone - to be expected.
nice sounding speakers
Very nice upgrade from stock speakers. Paired with a Pioneer stereo and what a world of difference in sound. Will look for same series for rear doors.
At first glance I was very skeptical of these speakers. Pioneer has a great reputation for home stereo equipment and HU for cars but not so much for car speakers. I used these speakers to replace some blown Polks in my 2007 Harley Davidson Ultra. After replacing the Polks with these I was blown away by what I was hearing!! Every note was crystal clear and clean with excellent bass for a 6.5 speaker. I'm running a soundstream 520D amp pushing 100 RMS to these speakers and they don't appear to be working hard for 50 RMS speakers . I've had much more expensive speakers in my bikes over the years, JL, Focal, Polk, Alpine, etc. All excellent speakers! but for the value and the money you can't beat these on a motorcycle going down the road at 70 miles an hour. All bass is lost at that speed anyway. For all my Harley buddies who don't have 2 or 3 thousand dollars to put into a system .... Try these. They do not disappoint !!
Pros: Amazing clarity and sound. Crystal clear at 70 miles an hour. Can't wait to see how the 4 way version sounds in my lower fairing!!
Cons: My only concern is durability on a motorcycle , but I've been caught in a down pour twice and my speakers are still rockin like new!
Installation was easy and quality is superb
Very close to factory ( good) not bad not great . If I had to do it again , I would have upgraded somehow. Very hard to buy something you have to hear when you can only see it . I'm going to move these to the back and upgrade my fronts.
Pros: good price , installation was a breeze
Cons: have to crank up to get good sound. needs more base
these speakers are very nice and have a decent sound to them without an amp....having said that i cant wait to get an amp so i can really hear that great sound and get the most out of them...
Pros: good sound with no amp hooked up to them
Cons: they definitly need an amp to power them
Great speakers- excellent sound quality from highs to lows
Pros: I am running these speakers off of a Sony head unit and the sound is significantly clearer and better than the factory speakers I initially had in the car. Also with the bluetooth function of my headunit the calls are clear and low tones and voices are much clearer and easily distinguishable. Well worth the money to have upgraded the speaker system in all 4 doors of my car
Cons: none thus far
Very easy to install with the included instructions and adapters from Crutchfield. They sound great and are a major improvement over the stock speakers in my 2010 Tundra DC.
I replaced the front and back 6.5" speakers in my 2010 Honda Accord with the TS-A1675R's. I'm a beginner at messing with electrical sound systems and installation was much easier than I thought, but much of that was to having the correct trim panel tools which I ordered from Crutchfield. The master sheets help, but those alone were not enough. Using the master sheets and viewing amateur videos on YouTube on how to remove the door panels helped out a lot. As for quality of the speakers? Right now I would say they are slightly better than the factory speakers I replaced. I still have the factory tweeters in place and am thinking of replacing those as well. I have a feeling that it may change the overall audio quality. As of now, if I focus on the sound coming out of the aftermarket speakers, I can tell they are more clear than the stock, but it takes a lot to make that determination. I also that the bass is not as strong coming out of these speakers as well. I'm not sure if I need to add an amplifier or go ahead and replace the stereo head unit at this point.
Pros: Easy installation Clear Sound Price
Cons: Speakers sound alright when listening to the factory stereo, but when I change over to a CD or AUX it's as if the bass is nearly nonexistent. Didn't do that with the factory speakers.
Sounds very good for the price. Very efficient and clear. Night and Day over the stock Prius. Had one issue with the installation and called Crutchfield.....bam..boom quick answer and I finished right up. Very satisfied.
Pros: Price... Sound
Excellent Product, easy to install, wire harness and installation instruction was provided
Great speakers. Big bass.
Pros: Everything great
Cons: No cons
I replaced my factory Toyota Tundra speakers with these 3-way speakers from Pioneer. I also installed the Pioneer AVH-X5500BHS head unit. The sound quality is great and Cruthfield made the install pretty easy.
Pros: Great sound quality
Cons: In my 2008 Toyota Tundra, i had to modify the adapter brackets that Crutchfield provided, but overall still a pretty easy install.
Great sounding speakers especially for the high ranges. They sound great with my two 12's. the best part were these speakers were only a great price b/c they were in an open box. I only gave it 4 stars b/c Crutchfield forgot to put screws for the speakers in the box which made The instillation a little more challenging.
My order was processed and shipped UPS very quickly, especially for being during the month of Dec. The instillation pamphlet that was supplied was accurate and useful, which made an already simply job that much easier. Total install time for 4 speakers was 1.5 hrs. The speakers sound good for the money and blend well with an already installed sub woofer.
Pros: smooth install, good sound for the money.

I never rely on the head units puny little internal amplifier to drive speakers. Adding a decent separate amplifier will do wonders to even the lowest quality speakers. Of course it is far more complicated and more costly but seriously the only way to go. I have installed many systems in various vehicles with different set ups. The same conclusion was what a difference in sound quality with external amps. So yes your speakers seriously need at least 50-75 watts rms, not max power to sound great. The speakers sound very good. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask any more questions. Jeremy [ Jeremy Feb 25, 2016 ]
Well I'm not sure if I can answer this without more questions. All mine work very well with my system. Who installed the speakers? We're they installed correctly ? Soldered or just twisted or crimped? A good install would make any speaker ßound good. Did you/ they use good speaker wire? I'd love to help but it is all in the way they are installed! [ JOHN Feb 25, 2016 ]
They are some nice speaker's. Great for your highs, very clear.I would put only 100 watts and use them for my highs only. Hope I was some help [ Nathaniel Feb 25, 2016 ]
Not sure they are still in the box sitting up in my attic i never used them. Sorry [ rick Feb 25, 2016 ]
If you installed your speakers recently, I would recommend giving them a little bit of time to break-in first before rushing to judgement. Speakers generally require a break-in period so that the material surrounding the woofers can loosen up and allow the drivers to move more fully. We typically recommend a break-in period of 24 to 48 hours of playback before the speakers will deliver optimum sound quality. I hope that helps. I purchased a set of these speakers along with a double din Pioneer head unit that output 14W RMS. They sounded great so I'm thinking something with the installation may be the probelm. I'd start by taking a close look at the speaker wiring. Make sure you don't have a positive and negative speaker feed reversed. Confirm the head unit has a good chassis ground. You might hook up your old speakers and see if the problem remains. Do both speakers sound bad? If both do I would suspect something other than the speakers themselves. Good luck! [ Joseph Feb 25, 2016 ]
Absolutely. I bought 4 of these back in march of 2014 and they're still going. I installed them in my 91 K5 blazer and take that thing off road as often as possible. Really loud too even with the back canopy off. [ KARL Feb 10, 2016 ]
Yes, definitely! These Pioneer speakers are the best ones I've bought from crutchfield [ MERRIE Feb 09, 2016 ]
The sound is good but I have had issues with them rattling a little. The center cones detached and I ended up having to just remove them. I would spend a little more money for a higher model if I were buying them again. [ BROOKS Feb 09, 2016 ]
I actually put them in the front but they do need an amp or equalizer to really make them sing... Sorry for the late response [ ANTONIO Nov 18, 2014 ]
It's really up to you and your car audio setup. I think the speakers are a bit underpowered. So, the front may be better where you can emphasize the highs more. Usually, ppl have the low/bass in the rear. [ Quan Nov 06, 2014 ]
