Compatibility: The PAD8BX kit is designed as an addition to an existing amplifier wiring kit (4 or 8 gauge) when adding a second amplifier (each amp rated up to 60 amps).

Kit Contents: This amp wiring kit includes the following:

• Distribution Block: dual output fused distribution block
  • Input: set screw terminal (4mm Allen wrench not included); accepts a 4 gauge or 8 gauge wire; the input block has three openings (only one is used), so the input wire can be connected to the left side, the right side, or the end of the block
  • Output: both set screw output terminals (3mm Allen wrench not included) accept 8 gauge wire
  • Fuses: a Mini-ANL fuse mounts between the input terminal and each of the output terminals; two 60 amp Mini-ANL fuses are included
• Power/Ground/Remote Wires:
  • 6' length of 8 gauge power wire in a blue jacket; designed to be cut to the desired lengths and used for both distribution outputs
  • two 2' lengths of 8 gauge ground wire in black jackets; each has the patent-pending Ultimate Ground Terminal for reliable ground connections
  • 6' length of blue turn-on wire
• Fuses: two 60A Mini-ANL fuses
• RCA Patch Cable: 17' core-twisted stereo RCA interconnect cable with split-top center pin and segmented shield for maximum contact and connection reliability; twisted pair construction gives you maximum noise rejection for better sound quality; RCA plugs have a micro barrel design and integrated strain relief
• Connectors: The kit includes the following terminals:
  • four 8 gauge crimp-on spade terminals; 0.35" wide; two with red insulators (power) and two with black insulators (ground)
  • two 18-22 gauge crimp-on spade terminals; 0.25" wide (for remote turn-on wires)
  • one 18-22 gauge crimp-on butt connector (for joining remote turn-on wires)
• Mounting Accessories:
  • two 1/2" Phillips-head screws (for mounting the distribution block)
  • four 1/2" Phillips-head self-tapping screws (for securing the Ultimate Ground Terminals)
  • Instructions
