These brackets allow you to install select 5-1/4" or 6-1/2" speakers into the speaker openings located in your vehicle.

Important Note: Some 6-1/2" speakers use a larger frame and require a larger cutout. We call these 6-3/4" speakers, and they won't fit in this bracket. This bracket will only work with speakers that require a cutout diameter of 5-1/8" or less.

These speaker brackets were great! They were absolutley necessary for
factory front door speaker replacement in my 2003 Dodge Intrepid! I think
I had to remove one tab and just decide which hardware would work best
but other then that the install went super smooth and they fit
perfectly...just take your time...thanks crutchfield...

the adaptors worked great for a six and a half inch speaker. i own a 2001 jeep grand cherokee it works perfectly for the rear doors.

These look as though they might be really helpful for some people. I purchased Pioneer speakers to replace factory equipment that had gotten old and brittle. The Pioneers came with this product free, but the speakers fit the OEM spot perfectly and I didn't need these free items. Maybe I'll have need of them in a future install. I appreciate the free speaker brackets, even if I didn't end up needing them.

A must buy for speaker upgrade from stock. My 1998 Nissan Pathfinder sounds so perfect now. Harness made every thing fit snug as possible. Was novice at installation, now confident to do someonelse's car! Thanks crutch!

These worked out well for me for both front and back factory speaker replacements. Four of the tabs matched right up with the car factory holes, and the other tabs/holes matched right up with speaker adapters that came with the speakers. If I didn't have these I would have had to do a custom fab with fiberboard or some such.

I purchased these to install a set of speakers in the doors of a friends 2000 Intrepid. With a few minor modifications, they fit in the door with no problem. These were worth the money, if you don't feel like making your own.
