It fit well
Little to no modification required for this plate to fit my particular vehicle. Excellent fit!
Surprisingly it fits perfectly no need for trimming or any modifications just attached my navigation and boom it fits perfectly, had Crutchfield recommendation of installation kits and bought all they required for installation.
Pros: Fits and matches the color perfectly looks stock
Cons: None l can see
Impressed with the color match and fit. All the right adapters were included. Used this with the Pioneer FH-X820BS. The main challenge I faced was getting the original mounting bracket back on because this frame doesn't come with one. It does have a built in bracket for the A/C and the hazard button. Once I figured it out, it fit in beautifully. Now I'm just kicking myself for not doing this YEARS ago.
Pros: Near perfect match with original console. Only difference is the original console is a little shinier, but not noticeable. Also, this is my first time doing this type of install. With the use of a couple you tube videos and the instructions provided by Crutchfield, I was able to knock this relatively easily.
Cons: Doesn't come with a radio mounting bracket. Need to reuse the original bracket, but don't attach the A/C to it - use the clips on the scosche dash kit for the A/C and hazard button.
I want to start by saying that I am not an installer and this is only my second installation ever (first was 07 Legacy using Metra kit). This went in fairly easily and looks good. In my other installation the Metra kit didn't hold the HU solidly and it sags in the dash. This one is much more secure as it uses the original metal brackets from the factory install. My one issue is probably caused by my lack of experience, but could have been prevented with slightly better instructions. There are 2 little knobs on the back of the kit to attach the cubby for DIN installations. I was installing a double DIN so I removed the cubby, but the knobs prevented the HU from sitting properly in the opening. I sawed the knobs off and it fit much better but still wasn't quite right. I eventually realized that there was a removable trim piece on my HU. After I took this off, everything fit perfectly and I realized I never needed to cut the nobs off in the first place. Again, I'm sure anybody with experience would have realized to do this immediately, but I did not. Overall this is much better than the Metra Kit.
Pros: Great finish, solid hold on HU.
Cons: Directions could be better.
Fit perfectly. No problem installing at all
Pros: Color matched,
Fits perfectly and looks great. Matches the rest of the interior. I had to add washers behind the emergency flasher button to make it align centered. I almost gave it 5 stars even with that, yes it looks that good.
Pros: Finish a is perfect match
Cons: Emergency flasher needed washers shims to make it properly centered
Easy install and great match to factory trim color.
Pros: Easy to install, fits properly.
Fit right into place on my '09 Outback, what more can I say.
This is a piece of cake once you have all the other steps of radio removal and installation completed. Looks original and color match is on the money. Snaps in place then replace the 6 factory screws to hold everything solidly in place.
Fit Perfect and matched the color of my Subaru dash. Install was easy!
Looks like factory installed! Perfect measurements and flush with center panel. Could not look any more finished.
Perfect fit. Looks factory.
Pros: Color matches to T. Looks factory.
Fits, matches color, direct fitment.
Pros: Color match; fits just like the stock one.
Great kit, well made, can be used either single or double din, clean factory look finish,
Pros: Looks clean, fits perfectly.
Cons: None. No disappointments here.
It fit perfectly into my car and looks so good!
Color match was spot on, although i did end up vinyl wrapping it anyways. It is fairly sturdy and so far has survived being removed a dozen or so times. it also give my HU a nearly factory fit look. The only downside to it is, the slightly curved face of it can be a dead giveaway to your HU as the corners of the HU tend to stick out a bit from the face of the kit. Other than that, it fits the dash perfectly and also snaps over the climate controls and HU with a perfect fit.
Pros: Perfect color match. Seems to be sturdy quality. Fits perfectly.
Cons: None so far.
Worked great, practically perfect color-match. Looks OEM. What's not to like? It's also easier to pull on and off than the stock unit, so if you -- like me -- had to make an adjustment to the install afterwards, it's less of a headache to get back behind the unit.
Pros: Looks OEM, does the job.
This is a very easy and great looking installation. I am a professional Automotive Technician and have installed my share of steros over the past thirty plus years and this works great and look good. It will work with single dinn steros also even though Crutchfield told me it would not. I used it with a double-dinn and it was straight forward.
Pros: Nice looking, good match, looks factory, easy install, works with both singe and double dinn steros.
Perfect fit, near perfect match to color.
Pros: -Well done - no modifications needed.
I'm really not sure on how to review this product because I spent this much, thinking that it would be much more sturdy than the cheaper product above. The color matches well but seems very thin and not very sturdy. Debating if I should have saved the money and gone with the cheaper one. I have a lot of left over screws that could have been used to make this product more secure.
Pros: Color matches factory and installation was easy.
Cons: Very flimsy and does not hold the after market stereo securely. Climate controls are held in by snapping in and not secured by screws.
This kit was perfect. It makes the radio look factory installed. The color and build matched perfectly.
Flawless It color matched the dash Perfect
Pros: IL LOOKS G O O D
This receiver kit fits perfectly into my Subaru. After installation you would think it is from the factory. This is the only answer to replacing my factory installed radio. It was far more difficult to get the old face plate off than to put this one in.
