Enjoy clear, detailed music on the go with Sennheiser's HD 229 headphones. High-quality internal components provide full-bodied bass, while a distinctive pop of color gives these 'phones a polished look. The on-the-ear, padded earcups feature a closed-back design that reduces ambient sound, so you can groove at safer volume levels without distractions. And the HD 229s are ideal for listening on the go — the straight, single-sided cord reduces tangles, and the earcups fold flat for easy transport.

After first hand experience with the Sennheiser HD229, it is my opinion that this product does not measure up to other audio headphones in the same price class. First and foremost is the volume. In use with my tablet, there does not appear to be much more volume than the actual internal speakers that are built into the unit. Secondly comes the comfort level of this particular model. Too much adjusting is required in achieve the right fit. I probably would not recommend this product over other manufacturers models priced in the same range.

Pros: Has cool look for younger users.

Cons: Lacks volume. Does not have comfort feel.
