From the review Sennheiser MM 100 and MM 400 Bluetooth headsets: A family review of a headphone family

This thing is awesome! I could hear the music on my iPod touch® perfectly, nearly blocking out the more annoying people around me when I turned them up loud enough. This headset is very comfortable. It's light and the band is kind of thin and fit just behind my head. The sound quality was great."

easy to set up. takes awhile to remember how to use the controls while wearing the head set.

Pros: light weight blue tooth limiting quality of the sound

Cons: waiting for the blue tooth transmitter to use for the TV instead of "TV Ears"

Not enough advantages to go wireless

I'm comparing this model to a wired Sennheiser model with a microphone for voice calls. There's not a lot of reason to go wireless. The wireless model has good sound quality, but the volume is a lot lower than the wired model. They're nice when out on a walk. I found they aren't loud enough on a crowded commuter train, or any place noisy. They aren't the best choice for a workout either. They become drenched with sweat really easy, and the manual states to keep them away from liquids. I probably wouldn't purchase them again if I had a good set of wired headphones. If you have to have wireless open air headphones, these will satisfy most of your needs.

Pros: Comfortable. Decent battery life

Cons: Not loud enough, ear buds absorb sweat

I purchased this and the Motorola MOTOROKR S306 at the same time. Overview of the benefits over the other. The Sennheiser was more comfortable, cut out less, had better sound quality, better build quality, and had replaceable earfoams. The MOTOROKR was a third of the price, used a micro-usb charging cable, did not have the annoying beep when placed on mute, and did not make me look like Mickey Mouse when wearing it. Due to the charging cable issue, I got rid of the Sennheiser MM 100 and use the MOTOROKR on a daily basis.

Pros: Comfort, reliability, replaceable earfoams

Cons: Makes you look like MIckey Mouse (maybe a pro for some), annoying beep when muting, proprietary charging cable (should be micro-usb)

I'am not thrilled with this headset, but I have a very large head ( size 8), so it's always hard for me to find anything for my head.

Pros: Headset fits around behind my neck instead of over the top of my head. It's probably the only headset that I can wear.

Cons: The earpads are not comfortable . For the price Sennheiser should provide a hard plastic case of some sort. I recently bought a $60 sonicare toothbrush that came with a carrying case.

Great Product!

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

When it works, it's great with good sound. How ever it routinely just stops working. Won't turn on and it's not happy.

Pros: Good sound when it works.

Cons: Routinely just shuts off after random amounts of time. Usually less than an hour.

Would not recommend

The MM-100 is one of the better BT headphones out there, but it's not perfect. Ive owned it since Feb 2012. This headset connects easily across multiple devices with no trouble. The construction appears weak, but you want something light on your head if you're wearing it for hours. I listen to a wide range of music. Hip Hop, Dance, Rock, etc., sounds great with moderate bass and dynamic sound. The deal breaker for me is when I play meditation, nature, or more quiet music such as a solo piano; I can hear some sort of electronic noise feedback in the right ear. The noise stops after 3 seconds from being unpaired from the device. I've paired with the Iphone4, Ipad2, 3 other cell phones, and Win7 PC all resulting in the same issue. I've tried using it in different locations- it still had that faint clicking sound. I have used a different brand of headphones for years and will continue to use it until someone can top it. One other annoyance factor is you have to use the charging cable that comes with the MM-100. A micro-USB charging cable would be nice.

Pros: Connects easy, lightweight

Cons: Proprietary charging cable, faint clicking sound in right ear
