Game on, with a high-fidelity headset from Sennheiser

Modern video game graphics bring you closer than ever to the action. Don't you think it's time you brought great sound into the picture? Sennheiser's PC 360 professional gaming headset transforms game sound effects and soundtracks into an immersive experience while integrating real-time chat. The PC 360's open-air earcup design is similar to those used in high-end audiophile headphones to create wide-open sound, allowing you to hear more detail. Plus it keeps your head cool during hours-long gaming sessions.

The extra-large velour earpads fit softly around your ears, while the padded headband ensures you can keep these headphones on all day and deep into the night. The microphone uses noise-canceling circuitry to ensure crystal-clear speech for chatting with opponents, recording podcasts or Skyping. The microphone can be easily muted by flipping the mic boom up. This versatile headset is great for gaming, listening to music or doing almost anything on your PC.

The PC 360 plugs into your computer's headphone and microphone jacks with two miniplugs at the end of the long cable. A volume knob on the left earcup gives you easy remote control of this great-sounding headset. Don't let bad sound give your opponent an edge.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

An excellent product that delivers as promised. When I first heard that crescendo - I cried. No, it;'s not nirvana but it's satisfying. I'm not looking for any more headphones.

Product Research

Overview: The Sennheiser PC 360 professional gaming headset is designed to give you a better gaming experience on your PC. The headset's over-ear design and noise-canceling microphone allow you to clearly communicate with teammates or opponents. The PC 360 weighs just over 10-1/2 ounces, and is comfortable for hours of use.

Earcup Design: The PC 360's over-ear headset features extra large, soft, padded leather earcups. The open-acoustic design keeps your head cool for longer playing time. Sennheiser's Eargonomic Acoustic Refinement design is the same as that of their high-end hi-fi headphones. The integrated rotary volume control, located on the right earcup, gives you easy and fast sound level adjustment at your fingertips.

Noise-canceling Microphone: The built-in noise-canceling microphone filters out background noise so you can hear instructions and game talk clearly. The mic has a wide frequency response (50-16kHz) and a high sensitivity rating (-38dBV/PA). The microphone is on a 7" boom that can be rotated so you can position it as you like, or swing it up and out of the way when not using it. Raising the boom to the upright position automatically engages the microphone mute. The boom is flexible to allow you to adjust how close to your mouth you want the mic to be.

Connections: The PC 360's 9-1/2-foot long main cable has dual 3.5mm plugs, one for the microphone and the other for the game audio. These plug directly into your PC's microphone and headphone outputs.
