I LOVE my new Garmin Nuvi 750. This is the first GPS that I've owned and I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this one. I feel that I've made a great choice because I love it. It's very easy to use, large enough to see while driving and the voice commands are nice. It's amazing how it reroutes so quickly when needed. I've tested it out by going a different way than what it tells me to and it always manages to get me to my destination by rerouting me. As a Realtor, it's hard sometimes to find homes in the dark, especially when there are no street numbers on the house or mailbox. This Garmin Nuvi truly is a REALTOR'S BEST FRIEND and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I read reviews of this product and reviews other GPS products prior to this purchase. To me, reviews count when buying a new product. I know GARMIN is a high quality product. My first GPS was a GARMIN. I have used that first GPS for 5 years with no problems and rock solid performance. Even though I've only used the nuvi 750 for one trip from my home town to Austin, Texas, all I can say that this GPS is awesome. The 4.3" touchscreen is large enough to easily see. The audio is clear. The MPH and distance to the next turn display are also a plus feature.

Overall the 750 is a good unit. Not having any comparison, it does the job. I like being able to change the voices to different accents. We use it only for long trips or visiting a new place. I find navigating the in-depth controls a bit challenging probably because of its limited use. One feature i wish it had is to be able to program a destination to an interstate intersection or junction. I confirmed from Garmin that it cannot do this. Otherwise, I think its an excellent unit.

Lots of excellent points for this unit. Compact, yet the screen is big enough for my older eyes with poor reading-distance vision to deal with. I tend to like to mind the speed limit so I like the little square that shows the MPH limit for the street I am on. It's very easy to use and since I use multiple cars and rentals, it's very easy to take along. I would like to see a simplified mount made available, that doesn't involve using the power cord in the car. With it's 7 hour battery, I never use the car cord, but I'd like to have mounts installed in each of my cars so all I have to move is the GPS itself. The only real negative at this point is that sometimes, there seems to be a problem with the voice speaking the route, as it will stutter and not be able to smoothly say the street name. This is minor and doesn't happen often.

I am a Realtor and I have been searching for a GPS that I can put all of the properties in a route as I need to show them. Without the routing capabilities I would have to enter each address before driving there. With this Nuvi if I use just the battery and not plug it into the car it does not shut off and the route stays intact. I love how the voice tells you the name of the street turn on. It even shows my car as I am backing out of the driveway. It's the best!!
