Sony's FD Trinitron Wega TVs are what started the whole flat-screen craze. The Wega screen is vertically, horizontally, totally flat. Images look sharp, 3-dimensional, and virtually distortion-free. Reflected glare from room lights is also noticeably reduced — since kitchens are usually brightly lit, this compact TV is a great choice for counter placement.
This 13" design benefits from "trickle-down" technology from Sony's larger Wega TVs. For example, it includes a 3-line digital comb filter for reduced picture distortion.
This little guy is a natural for a kitchen or office, but it also works as the basis of a space-saving A/V system for a bedroom or dorm room. It has front and rear A/V inputs (rear input includes component video — great for a DVD player!).
