I've had the Sony LCD for approximately 2 weeks, WONDERFUL!! I was able to enjoy March Madness with a great picture, next to being there. Set up was easy, ready to hookup when received. So far, extremely pleased with the set.

Best TV I Have Ever Experienced

I recently replaced our 44" Panasonic LCD Projection TV with this Sony model. The main reason I felt we needed a replacement was due to the fact that our living room is typically very bright and the LCD Projection just was not producing a bright enough picture to compete with the sunlight in the room. I had read about LCD flat screens being the best option for bright rooms. After seeing all the positive reviews regarding this Sony, coupled with an excellent promotion Crutchfield was running, I decided to make the switch, and I couldn't be happier.
This TV is incredible. First off the picture quality and brightness is top notch. Even on the brightest day, I can still see the richest colors and darkest blacks. I am not sure how it pulls it off, but it is 1000% better than the LCD projection I used to have. But it isn't just the brightness of the screen. We have 2 other LCD televisions in our house, and the picture quality and clarity on this Sony is miles better than those other two. The motion enhance feature, which I believe has to do with the 120 Mhz refresh rate, but could be wrong, makes for some of the best sports watching experiences ever.
Anyways, due to this incredible picture quality, especially for the price, I would highly recommend this television. Add in the easy set up and easy to navigate menus, and I would recommend you stop your search now and purchase this TV.

This LCD is just plain awesome! I get nothing but compliments on the
picture quality. It is currently in our living room with a lot of light coming in
through our high ceiling windows; not a problem, quality of picture is not
affected.
The colors are brilliant, the 120 Hz motion is just awesome, and the best
part about all of this...I purchased it through the Outlet store on
Crutchfield's web site. There was not one thing wrong with the tv, and I
saved hundreds! Thank you Crutchfield!

This TV will not dissapoint you. Great in every respect...delivery...set-up
and peformance. Service from Crutchfield as usual was great.

The picture on this TV was fantastic right out of the box.
Lots of adjustment is possible, but I haven't seen the need yet.
Sound quality is fair, but like the picture, there is considerable room to tailor it if you lack a home theater system. I use the variable audio outputs to my ancient stereo receiver. You do not have to shut off the TV speakers to enable the variable audio outputs.
Setup and menus are easy to navigate.
Zero complaints. This is a fabulous TV.
