Deep Color Compatible: Deep color expands the colors on the \r\ndisplay from millions to billions to provide exceptional vividness and color \r\naccuracy. Deep Color defines colors by using an algorithm that can specify any \r\ncolor that is found in nature. Deep Color gets rid of on-screen color banding, \r\nfor tonal transitions that are smooth and graduations of color that are very \r\nsubtle. It enables increased contrast ratio, and can represent many times more \r\nshades of gray between black and white (Requires Deep Color capable video \r\nsource).

Advanced Contrast Enhancer (ACE) With Dynamic Backlight Control: \r\nSony's Advanced Contrast Enhancer (ACE) uses real-time image processing to \r\ndynamically adjust backlight levels for improved contrast without masking \r\ndetails the filmmaker intended you to see. This powerful combination of features \r\nadjusts the brightness of the backlight both to optimize image quality and \r\nreduce power consumption. It works in real time, controlling bright outdoor \r\nimages and dark interior shots scene by scene for better video quality and a \r\nreduction in power use. Part of the cinematic \r\ndrama in film-making comes from details found in shadows and dark areas of the \r\npicture. ACE delivers deep blacks in darker \r\nscenes, as well as fine details in shadows and other dark areas of the picture \r\nfor a difference you can truly see. Sony's Advanced Contrast Enhancer (ACE) \r\nbuilds on the TV's excellent on-contrast ratio performance of 2,000:1.
