Simply connect the CMU-BR100 camera/microphone unit to your compatible Sony HDTV and start making Skype™ voice and video calls. You can make and receive free Skype-to-Skype voice and video calls, as well as low-cost SkypeOut calls to regular telephone numbers — all from the comfort of your couch. You can even make calls while you're watching TV.

You'll be impressed by the crisp, clear HD picture — it's 720p resolution. And four integrated unidirectional microphones capture lifelike sound. The CMU-BR100 plugs into your TV's USB connection — it's a cinch to set up and use.

This unit also matches the look of your new Sony TV. You can attach it directly to the TV using the supplied Velcro fastener, or use it free-standing. TV Compatibility: The Sony CMU-BR100 Camera & Microphone Unit is compatible with 2011-up Skype-ready Sony Bravia televisions, which feature a USB (type-A) port. Skype requires firmware update and is subject to Skype's terms and conditions, which Skype has the ability to change at any time.

1/4" CMOS Sensor: The built-in camera employs a 1/4" CMOS sensor with the ability to capture 1280 x 720 (HD) video with a frame rate up to 22 fps (HD) or 30 fps ((VGA).

4 Unidirectional Microphones: Four unidirectional microphones mean your voice can be picked up almost anywhere in the room.

TV Control: You can use your Sony Bravia television's on-screen Skype menu and remote control to make and receive Skype voice/video calls. You can even store your favorite contacts, and the TV will provide a history of received and made calls. 

Mounting: The CMU-BR100 Camera & Microphone Unit is designed to complement the look of your Skype-ready Sony Bravia TV. You can attach the device directly to your compatible TV or use it free-standing. The unit comes with self-adhesive velcro. The CMU-BR100 can swivel left/right (30°) and tilt up/down (30°/50°)

USB Connection: The CMU-BR100 plugs into the USB (type-A) port on the side-panel or rear-panel of your compatible Sony Bravia TV. The Camera & Microphone Unit features an attached 58" cable terminated by a male USB (type-A) connector.
