Having a low budget, I just wanted surround sound that didn't cost a fortune.
This is by no means a low budget system. The quality is top notch and sound is excellent. To look at this, one would think it costs a thousand dollars.
Believe me, you won't be disappointed in purchasing this Sony system.
It makes playing PS3 a whole new experience and my son says its like being in a theater when we watch movies.

excellent bass from such a small package. The Calibration microphone is a pretty neat inovation I would defintally Recomend. This thing shakes the widndows in my house and it only has woofer that is smaller than 7 inches. Ipod dock is a plus

Well worth the money

My husband is a NASCAR freek and watches it every day of the week. I bought him this system for his "man's room" on Christmas and now he never leaves the room!! The sound is GREAT!!!! It was well worth the money.

This is the perfect entry level home theater system. The speakers are compact and I didn't expect much when I first unpacked the system, but WOW was I surprised! The sound is rich and full, and it blew me away! I don't ever use my TV speakers anymore. I am so spoiled by the awesome surround sound from this system. I HIGHLY recommend it.
