The 01C8VR2 8" woofer gets down low, thanks to its powerful, flex-resistant poly cone and rigid, non-resonant steel basket. Dual 2-ohm voice coil construction provides extra flexibility in wiring up your system.
Combine a beefed-up suspension with Kicker's Perimeter Venting, and you've got a sub that'll run cool and sound hot. The Santoprene rubber surround minimizes cone distortion and resists the elements. These subs take everything you give them and throw it back, deep and punchy. (Kicker's distinctive cast-aluminum grilles are available separately.)
Note: If you are wiring this DVC sub for lower impedance, make sure that your amp is compatible. Most car amplifiers are stable down to 2 ohms in standard mode, or 4 ohms in bridged operation.
