Kicker's CompVR CVR12-4 12" dual voice coil subwoofer delivers "Very Radical" bass, thanks to its powerful, flex-resistant polymineral cone and rigid, non-resonant steel basket. Dual 4-ohm voice coil construction provides extra flexibility in wiring your system. Fresh cosmetics give it a bright appearance to match its earth-shaking bass.
The high-performance suspension combined with Kicker's Perimeter Venting keeps the sub running cool and sounding hot. The Santoprene rubber surround minimizes cone distortion and resists the elements. These subs take everything you give them and throw it back, loud and low. (Kicker's distinctive cast-aluminum grilles are available separately.)
Note: If you are wiring this DVC sub for lower impedance, make sure that your amp is compatible. Most car amplifiers are stable down to 2 ohms in standard mode, or 4 ohms in bridged operation.
