The silk dome tweeter broadcasts all the details in your music.
These KS Series speakers are some of the most installation-friendly Kicker speakers yet. These low-profile speakers feature a reduced mounting depth, making them a match for almost any car.
While the low profile is an elegant asset, you'll find the real beauty of Kicker's KS Series speakers inside. The 41KSC464's highly sensitive design conjures hefty volume even from low-powered factory radios. So, you'll be able to enjoy every bit of their natural performance, starting with the surprisingly full sound of the 4"x6" polypropylene woofer and its powerful magnet. You'll also hear subtle vocal and instrumental details from the silk balanced dome tweeter, giving your music a dimension that factory speakers just can't manage.
Love them! For little speakers they Rock. I have them in a single cab Silverado and they give just the right amount of balance.
These speakers sound great! really good bang for your buck!
Pros: sound great, good price
Cons: very little bass, but thats to be expected for such a small speaker
Awesome product/experience! Easy install, and instructions. Shipping time was accurate and quick
As a musician, I am quite pleased with the output of the Kicker's audio. The clarity, aesthetic of design, and ease of installation have convinced me to purchase another Kicker for my Jeep's soundbar to evenly round out the quality. I can't say I'll settle for any other brand, now.
Replaced the receiver in my 2003 Jeep Wrangler along with the speakers. Used these in the front and they have proven to be more than adequate for replacing the factory units. In fact, of all the components that were replaced I am the most impressed with these speakers. They are clear, crisp and with more punch than should be expected from this size of speaker. Ten minute install in my case and only five minutes if you do not wait for a soldering iron to heat up.
Pros: Extremely good value; much higher quality than cost dictates.
Cons: None unless expectations exceed the physical limitations of a speaker this size.
Great for aftermarket front speakers in 2000 Jeep Wrangler. Very easy to attach to speakers.
Cons: Plastic material
Good miss and highs. Not much bass expected at this size.
Pros: Fits rears for 2015 Chevy Spark EV.
Very happy with performance. They're clear and are great replacements for stick
These are great replacement speakers for the dash corners of my Wrangler. The speakers sound excellent and even came with a easy to use wiring harness that fit perfectly, along with a mounting bracket.
Pros: Very good sound for the price! Excellent value.
Cons: Mounting bracket is plastic, so when putting screws in it takes a lot of force and I was afraid I'd break it but didn't thankfully. Otherwise no complaints.
Great sound for back doors of 2003 GMC Sierra.
Pros: Great and balanced sound, fit was near perfect.
Cons: needed to drill holes for screws holding speakers, although this is a minor inconvenience.
Service rep was very helpful in picking the correct speaker set up to work with my head unit and amp set up.
Pros: Great fit and sounds amazing with my Polk Audio amp.
Fit perfect in 99 Jeep Wrangler. Much better than stock. Much
Pros: Sound quality
This was as just what i was looking for loud and very good not very much distortion if any very good product
Wow !!!!! One of the best small speakers I've heard in a while, great highs and mid"s... I purchased these and a set of Infinity reference ( 4 x 6 ) and combined them with a Kenwood head unit and a 12" JL sub and a old JL 6450 6 Channel amp. The 4x6 are in the factory location in a 2005 Peterbilt 379 big truck and the current setup works well for me. I thought I would have to go to component speakers because of the large space in a sleeper truck, not the case. I'm glad I tried these first before cutting up my interior for larger speakers, I may not upgrade for a while.
Pros: Great sound from such a small speaker, easy to install, very reasonable price
Cons: None yet, and I don't think I will have any. I've turned up the volume a few times and they sound great with distortion.
good sound & price/value . matches my indash unit well
Great sound from such a small speaker.
Love them, best speakers for any vehicle, a must have
I purchased these to compliment the Kicker 41KSC674 6-3/4" 2-way Speakers that I purchased to replace blown OEM's in a 2003 Silverado (reg cab). These also are replacing the OEM's. While can't say that they produce a lot of bass, they do provide a great deal more clarity and detail than the OEM's. Personally I don't like them set at high volume relative to the fronts. I use them more or less for ambience. I should also mention that I mostly listen to talk radio (still using the OEM head unit), so music-wise I'm pretty much basing sound performance on commercials. I have on occasion tuned into a couple of R&B stations and was very satisfied compared to the OEM speakers.
Pros: Easy to install High clarity and detail
Installed in rear of 2013 Chevy Spark. Says it doesn't fit, but with just a little manipulation fit just fine. Also installed baffles. Put 4" round in front with baffles too. Much improved sound over factory speakers. I highly recommend speakers!
I installed these in my Silverado & an more than pleased with the results. I can now fully enjoy what my Pionneer 7000 head can do.
Pros: Great sound over a wide range of volumns

Polypropylene Woofer Cones: The Kicker KS-series speakers feature durable polypropylene woofer cones for power and control. Polypropylene is also resistant to moisture and the temperature extremes found in automotive applications.
Balanced Dome Tweeters: The 1/2" balanced dome silk tweeters provide a smooth high frequency response with a wide dispersion pattern. The tweeters have strong neodymium magnets for higher power handling. A semi-dome tweeter has a dome placed inside a cone. Balanced dome tweeters are semi-dome tweeters with equal reproduction area given the cone and dome portions of the tweeter.

Kicker's venerable KS series of car speakers gets a couple of key updates for 2014. First, they now employ a silk-dome tweeter for smoother highs, and second, a shallower basket so they'll fit into...
There are several limitations in the dash area of your Sierra. For this particular speaker the issue is with the magnet diameter. The magnet on this speaker is about 0.1" too large to fit in the hole in the dash. Your best bet will be to contact an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. They will be able to pull up your vehicle and give you all the details on fit and help you track down a great pair of speakers. [ Jeff Aug 12, 2015 ] Staff
they handle as loud as I care to listen to in my jeep . I can hear very well even with all the noise from my jeep [ David L. Dec 21, 2014 ]
They are clear and have a great sound but one of them seems to fail on the bass with high volume. (I like it loud!) I was going to put an amp in to push it better and clear that problem up. [ Thomas Dec 20, 2014 ]
Thanks guys. My description was fairly vague. Lol. My kenwood goes to 35. Just looking for something that wont cut out or get crappy at upper volume. [ Donald Dec 19, 2014 ]
Hi Donald, I installed these on a '72 Vette with a 300 watt system. They are decent and handle mid to mild upper drive well, don't know what you mean by 30 on your Kenwood. If it's mid to lower upper, these will be fine. [ Joseph Dec 19, 2014 ]
I've never really turned mine up very loud. I drive a wrangler so the speakers are right next to me on all sides. I haven't had any problems with mine [ Bryan Dec 19, 2014 ]
I have an Alpine head unit and don't go over 24 just because it hurts my ears beyond that. I have the 6-1/2s in the front and these 4x6s in the rear with a Rockford Fosgate punch powered sub. It sounds awesome and plenty loud for me. I really don't know how loud they can go. [ Coats Dec 19, 2014 ]
