The Kicker KS5.2 component speaker system renders the low frequencies with light, yet rigid 5-1/4" woofers, suspended in vibration-dampening rubber surrounds. Sturdy steel baskets provide a solid housing with plenty of venting to keep internal parts cool.
Aluminum dome tweeters project the highs with authority, slicing through road noise to ensure lifelike stereo imaging. External 2-way crossovers provide a seamless transition between the woofers and tweeters — you'll revel in detailed, realistic sound when you play your favorite tracks.
The versatile KS5.2 system includes mounting hardware for a variety of tweeter mounting options, or you can install the tweeters inside the woofers to create high-performance 2-way speakers. Mounting plates for installing the woofers into 6"x8" openings are included as well.
