This wiring kit does not include speaker wire, so you'll need to purchase that separately to complete your amp installation. This kit includes patch cables for a 2-channel or mono amp — you'll need to add cables for multi-channel amps.

StreetWires uses a blend of oxygen-free copper and copper-coated aluminum wires in their ZeroNoise 3 power cables, so your amp gets maximum power at a minimum price. ZN3 cables meet the strict CEA-2015 standards for strand count so you can be sure you'll get all the electrical conductivity and sonic transparency you demand in your power applications.

This 4-gauge amp kit includes the insulated ground and power cables, fuseholder and fuse, remote turn-on lead, a stereo patch cable, and the connectors you'll need to power an amplifier with a fuse rating of up to 150 amperes.

Product Highlights:

  • amplifier wiring kit with power and ground connections

Great kit for any amp

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

So glad that i bought this kit for installing my amp. The power and ground cable is extremely flexible. You will still need to buy speaker wire to run back to the wiring harness and probably more RCA cables depending on how many channels you are using.

Pros: Flexible 4AWG cable.

Cons: When connecting the 4AWG power cable to the fuse holder on both ends I found that the wire could be slightly exposed between the end of the insulation and the rubber seals. I chose to use some electrical tape to wrap around where these meet.

Everything you need comes in this package. Super long wire.

Pros: Everything

Cons: Can't complain about to much but I wish it would have came with 2 rca cables.

Excellent Wire Kit

Quality wire (strands, makeup, insulation etc.), devices and accessories. I'm a Master Electrician / Electronic technician and didn't find any problem with the fit of components. I'm not sure what the others are talking about.

Pros: Quality components, easy to work with

Cons: Make sure factory connections are tight.

Cable Quality

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The power cable was a little over-sized and difficult to work with. The Crimps for connection to your amp were awful and required replacement. These wiring kits are cheap products with inadequate quality and require a lot of additional materials to make functional.

Pros: Few

Cons: Poor quality and lack of soldering capacity.

Great Product at a Good Price

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The kit basically includes everything you need for a single amp installation. I wish it came with a 4 channel option and included more wire ties, but a trip to your local hardware and electronics store can fix that rather quickly. The kit lost one star as the fuse rating could be too high for most single amp solutions and the connectors on the included RCA cables seem to be generic run of the mill connectors; however, they hold on pretty tight. Since this is a 4 gauge kit, remember to removed the gauge step down adapters from the fuse holder before trying to insert the 4 gauge cable. All in all a great kit and it's a product that I would definitely recommend to fellow car audio enthusiasts.

Pros: Very flexible cables, more economical to purchase as a kit than to purchase items separately.

Cons: None

amp wiring kit

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

great product, this is the second street wires amp kit that I have purchased. To the previous comment about the fuse holder only allows about 60% of the wire to fit, there is a plug you can take out. You just need to back the screw out and take the plug out.

Poorly designed. The fuse holder only allows for about 60% of a 4AWG wire to be inserted. In addition, you can't tighten both ends of the fuse because of the design. It does come with a set of RCA's and all parts other than the fuse holder are sufficient.

This kit actually came with the rca cables even though it says it doesn't so that
was a plus. What I didn't like was the fuse holder. You need to remove the
rubber gommets and two of the o-rings to get the wire inside and to tighten
down the fuse itself. Otherwise it is well made and the free shipping and fast
delivery was great. 3.5 stars.
