Too many problems...

Written By Chip, Atlanta, GA on Friday, February 19, 2010

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I had several issues with this product. First, the camera image in the mirror is impossible to see in daylight. I adjusted the image to full brightness and still couldn't see a thing during the daytime. At night, I can see an image but unless the area behind my vehicle is fairly well lit then the image is too hard to see. Secondly, in the image panel inside the mirror there is what appears to be some insulation of some kind that hangs over into the image panel partially obscurring the bottom part of the image. Thirdly, this thing vibrates so badly when my vehicle is in motion so as to be barely useable as a mirror. All in all, too many problems to deal with for one product. I used it in my vehicle for about 2 days and finally couldn't stand it anymore.
