10.1" Widescreen Monitor: The Audiovox VODDLX10 Overhead Monitor features a 10.1" widescreen 16:9 TFT Active Matrix LCD with LED backlighting. The screen has a total of 1,843,200 pixels (1024 RGB x 600) and is compatible with NTSC and PAL sources. The monitor has a backlit life of 20,000 hours. For the best viewing angle, you can manually tilt the monitor up and down 180-degrees.
Built-In DVD Player: The Audiovox VODDLX10's built-in, slot-load DVD player supports the playback of DVD-Video and CD-Audio discs; as well as MP3 audio files and JPEG still images recorded onto CD-R/RW discs. The built-in DVD player offers the following playback functions; Play/Pause, Stop/Resume, Fast Forward/Reverse, Previous/Next Track, Repeat/A-B Repeat, Random/Shuffle, Intro Scan (10 sec), and Program.
OSD (On-Screen Display): The unit's OSD contains features and options that let you customize your system to change the screen mode display, picture adjustment, and OSD language.
- Screen Mode Selection: You can select to display either a 16:9 or 4:3 screen image.
- Picture Control Select: You can adjust the LCD monitor's brightness, contrast, color, and tint.
- OSD Language: You can adjust the on-screen display language to English, Spanish, French, or German.
Built-In FM Transmitter: The Audiovox VODDLX10 features a built-in 100 channel FM transmitter used to supply audio from the unit over RF frequency to your factory head unit which is not equipped with RCA inputs. The unit's FM transmitter can be set between 22 FM stations frequencies (88.1 to 92.3).
Wireless Headphones: The VODDLX10 includes a built-in infrared transmitter for use with the supplied headphones. The headphone volume is adjusted using the integrated controls on each headset. The pair of headphones each operate off of two "AAA" batteries.
AV Inputs/Outputs: The Audiovox overhead monitor is equipped with two audio/video inputs for connecting external audio/video sources to the VODDLX10. One audio/video input consists of a composite video jack and stereo RCA jacks, while the other audio/video input consists of a 3.5mm minijack connector. The Audiovox overhead monitor features a composite video output with stereo RCA output for connecting this unit to your vehicle's in-dash multimedia head unit.
USB Port: The Audiovox VODDLX10 is fitted with a USB (type-A) port for connection of a USB mass storage class device, such as your Android smartphone or USB thumbdrive. The unit supports playback of MP3 music and JPEG photo files on these devices. The VODDLX10 will charge your device while connected via USB (0.5A).
Wireless Remote Control: In addition to the unit's hard-key controls along the frame, the roof mount monitor comes supplied with an IR wireless remote control that operates all the functions of the unit.
Dual LED Dome Lights: The roof mount monitor contains two white LED dome lights that can be manually turned on or off with a switch on front of the unit. The unit's LED dome lights can also be wired to your factory dome lights so they turn on and off whenever your interior factory lighting turns on or off with the opening of your vehicle's doors.
Mounting: The VODDLX10 mounts to roof of your vehicle with the supplied metal mounting bracket and supplied hardware. The Audiovox VODDLX10 comes supplied with interchangeable, snap-on Black, Pewter, and Shale plastic frames to match your vehicle's interior.
