MTX engineers evaluate the "sonic signatures" of top-selling vehicles so they can design ThunderForms as custom acoustic matches. Each ThunderForm fits and blends inconspicuously into your vehicle, so you get great bass without losing any space. They're made of high-density polyethylene resin to curb resonances — they deliver bass that's tight, hard-hitting, and way down low. The airtight enclosure provides the correct internal volume to yield optimum bass response.

This enclosure comes without speakers — you install two of your favorite 10" subwoofers. For best results, MTX strongly recommends using a speaker designed for an enclosure with a volume of 0.58 cubic feet. The enclosure mounts under the rear bench seat of select 2000-up Ford SuperCab pickups. The jack stays in the factory location, and tools are stored under the enclosure.

What sub and amplifier recommended for this Enclosure? And is there room behind order with this for an amplifier

I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: You can use almost any 10" sub and amp combo that you want, just make sure the sub works with .58 cubic feet of air space and is no more than 5" deep. The box wasn't made with anything specific in mind so it just comes down to your budget and the level of performance you want. Due to lack of airflow I would not put an amp behind it as this could cause it to overheat.
