Samsung's higher-performing LED-LCD TVs begin with the 32" UN32H6350. The first big upgrade is Clear Motion Rate 240 technology, which combines 120Hz refresh rate with a blinking backlight to significantly improve the clarity of video motion, especially on larger-sized screens.
There are two types of connections you want your new TV to have plenty of: HDMI and USB. The UN32H6350 has four HDMI inputs, which will allow your Blu-ray player, and high-def cable or satellite TV receiver to look and sound their best — not to mention a growing number of digital cameras and camcorders, too. And the USB inputs let you plug in a wide array of devices — everything from a thumb drive to an optional webcam that enables cool features like gesture control and Skype™ video calls.
The UN32H6350 makes finding great things to watch easier. Samsung's innovative Smart Hub organizes your favorite entertainment into five simple panels: On-TV, Movies and Shows, Social, Apps, and a panel for your personal photos, videos and music. If your PC is networked you can even search through the video and music you've stored on it using the TV's remote. This set's built-in Wi-Fi® makes it easy to seamlessly connect to your wireless network.
Web functions are powered by Samsung's quad core processor, so you can expect fluid browsing and content streaming, and rapid switching between apps. There's also a screen mirroring feature that turns your compatible smartphone, tablet or computer into a second TV screen. Whatever is playing on the UN32H6350's screen — Netflix, or live TV — is streamed via Wi-Fi to your device as well. You can watch movies, shows and sports all around the house, and you won't miss a moment.
Reason #1: Awesome picture quality. The LED backlights in these higher-end LCD TVs can give you better picture contrast and more lifelike colors than sets with typical fluorescent backlighting. Reason #2: They're more energy-efficient than plasma or regular LCD TVs, helping you lower your monthly electric bill and helping the environment.
4 HDMI ports. Great picture. Smart Hub. Fast processor. Most 32" sets are stripped down "price point" commodity sets. At least this one has a lot of the features of the larger, more robust sets. I'm limited in space where this set us used and it replaced an entry level 32 with only 2 HDMI ports. I am pleased with this purchase.
Pros: Great picture. 4 HDMI ports. Smart Hub.
Excellent picture , sound, ease of use, love the smart features
Pros: picture easy to mount
My first 120 hz. TV and I cannot begin to tell you the difference it makes. It was very noticeable to me from the moment I connected it to my satellite box. Then I hooked up our new Samsung blu-ray player.....Wow! We have other 60 hz. sets in the house and I am ready to replace them but my wife tossed that thought aside quickly.
Pros: Easy hookup, tremendous picture quality and sound. I admit I am new to the "smart TV" technology, however I have mastered it now and am really impressed!
Cons: Not one.
Pros: Great color
Cons: I should have bought a bigger screen
Great TV for the Bedroom. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the sleep timer is not one touch access from the remote. It's in the tools menu. A minor inconvenience and not a factor if this would be a primary TV.
Pros: Great TV for the price
Absolutely a great television. Very clear images and easy to set up and use along with Direct TV Genie. I'm 65 years old and had no problem getting everything up and running.
Pros: Very easy to set up and connect to Direct TV. Excellent picture.
I purchased this TV for My Daughter , and she loves it !I asked her what she thought and she said "fantastic ,absolutely fantastic"!!! If she is happy ,so am I.
Pros: Picture , ease of use and easy connect ability to the WI-FI
Cons: No cons only pros
I was looking for a smart TV to be able to access video sites. I could get Netflix on my TIVO but no streaming from other sites without a TIVO upgrade. My TV was 10 years old so I decided to replace it rather than get a 3rd TIVO. The TV comes with apps installed and Samsung no longer charges for its apps but the downside is that there probably won't be too many new apps. I had read that smart TVs were not that popular but I cannot believe folks wouldn't want all the capabilities available in this TV. You don't need Roku, Chromecast, TIVO, etc. so you will save on the hardware. You still have to shell out for the subscriptions but you'll still end up saving in the long run. After watching a 10-year old TV, the sharpness and colors on this TV are a delight. It's easy to set up. I was concerned about being able to use all my devices with a new TV but I have the following attached on mine: a 2nd gen TIVO that connects via cable, a TIVO HD with 2 recordings at once connected via HDMI, a VCR/DVD R/W that connects via composites, a HD DVD R/W (tunerless) that routes through the VCR/DVD and to the TV via HDMI. I can easily swap which device I want to watch; easily go to Netflix or Amazon for streaming movies and the remote lets me pause to take a break. I did buy a heavy duty surge protector because I have a lot of dollars invested in equipment but I think it was worth the extra money. If you are looking for the ability to have access to nearly every service, this is ur TV.
Pros: Great pic; access to many streaming services.
Cons: TV did lock up entirely during a Netflix show and had to unplug TV for about 2 minutes but no probs since.
This is Samsung's flagship 32" As such it delivers outstanding performance. The colors are true and vibrant and the Smart TV features are easily controlled with a well defined remote. Crutchfield customer service is first rate as well by offering a rebate after the initial purchase. Service rep Austn was courteous and very professional in assisting me.
Pros: Great picture. Easy to use remote. Easy out of the box setup.
Cons: The sound is lacking. The setup allows defeating the TV sound and using the audio out jack. The level on the audio out is a fixed level and not variable.
Spectacular picture quality and sound.
Pros: Clearer picture, better sound than my previous 32" TV.
Cons: Haven't yet found any.
Excellent product - easy to set up
Nice TV. Good picture.

LED Edge-Lighting: Samsung's LED Edge-Lighting technology allows for a high dynamic contrast ratio and ultra-sharp blacks by allowing multiple LEDs to turn on an off automatically based on the image. LED Edge-Lighting also provides more natural color representation and deep reds and greens, because Samsung uses white LEDs that produce 105% of the broadcast color gamut. The television's white LEDs are arranged along the left and right edges of the screen and a proprietary light guide is used to focus its luminance inwards towards the middle of the screen for a more uniform brightness. Overall, this LED Backlight system produces contrast with stronger blacks and whites, and greater subtlety of every gradation in between.
Clear Motion Rate 240: Clear Motion Rate (CMR) is Samsung's more comprehensive and accurate measure for how well the LED-LCD TV can display fast-moving images. Previously, motion clarity was expressed simply by the refresh rate, measured in Hz. CMR, however, takes into account all three factors that contribute to motion clarity: panel refresh rate, image processor speed and backlight technology. CMR is measured by determining the thinnest line a TV can display in a moving image. The thinner the line, the higher the CMR rating, and the clearer the picture you'll enjoy on the screen.
Auto Motion Plus: Auto Motion Plus removes blur and judder from scenes with large amounts of rapid movement to provide a clearer picture. Auto Motion Plus reduces blur so that action movies, sports and video games have enhanced clarity. Advanced panels and unique backlight technology combine with proprietary algorithms to reduce the response time and yield a more accurate image reproduction with faster onscreen motion. Auto Motion Plus can be set to Clear, Standard, Smooth, Custom, or Off.
Wide Color Enhancer Plus + Motion Lighting: With Wide Color Enhancer Plus, you'll witness a wider spectrum of colors on the TV screen, just like the director intended. You'll enjoy enriched colors while watching your favorite movies, and shows, even if it's older, non-HD content. The TV automatically adjust the brightness of the screen in response to the brightness of the room. In bright light, the screen brightens. In dim light, the screen dims.
1080p Resolution: The LED-LCD television displays all inputs at a resolution of 1080p (1920 x 1080). The television's HDMI and component video inputs will accept 1080p (24/60Hz), 1080i, 720p, 480p and 480i video signals.
Note: The TV has built-in over-the-air HDTV (ATSC) and Digital Cable (QAM) tuners with an RF-coaxial input, so you don't need a separate set-top box to receive and decode over-the-air HDTV/SDTV or unencrypted Digital Cable signals.
Picture Control: You can make the following adjustments for an optimum picture.
Note: You can adjust and store Picture Settings for each external device connected to the TV or apply the settings to all inputs and sources.
Film & Game Modes: The television provides Film & Game modes.
BD Wise: BD Wise Plus provides the optimal picture quality for Samsung DVD, Blu-ray, and Home Theater products which support BD Wise. When BD Wise is set to On, the TV's picture mode is automatically changed to the optimal resolution.
PIP (Picture-in-Picture): You can watch the TV's tuner and one external video source (component/HDMI) simultaneously). The component/HDMI source will be displayed as the main picture, while the TV channel will be displayed in a sub-screen, while which can be moved to each corner of the television's screen. You can switch the audio between the main screen and sub-screen.
DTS Premium Sound: The Samsung LED-LCD TV employs DTS Studio Sound processing with DTS TruSurround and DTS TruDialog which will decode DTS-encoded content, such as TV programming, Blu-ray movies, and streaming media, as well as processes stereo content to deliver an optimized virtual surround sound experience with enhanced bass response, clear dialog, and consistent volume levels through the TV speakers.
Note: The speakers of this TV provide different sound images according to how you position the television. You can select between "Wall-Mount" or "Stand" to provide the best sound quality based on the television's placement.
5-Band EQ + Sound Modes: You can manually adjusts the TV's built-in 5-band EQ (100 Hz, 300 Hz, 1 kHz, 3 kHz, and 10 kHz) for a more customized sound; or simply choose from the following Preset Sound Modes:
Audio Settings: The Samsung TV offers a variety of audio adjustments to meet your listening needs.
Audio Outputs: The Samsung LED-LCD television provides an analog and digital audio output.
ARC (Audio Return Channel): The Audio Return Channel in HDMI 1.4 enables a TV, via a single HDMI cable, to send audio data "upstream" to an A/V receiver; increasing user flexibility and eliminating the need for any separate S/PDIF audio connection. This feature allows audio to be sent from the television to your A/V receiver through the same HDMI cable already being used to send audio/video to the television. This eliminates the need for extra cables connected to the TV. ARC allows audio from the TV tuner, Network connection, inserted USB device, HDMI inputs, or any analog connected device to be heard through your ARC compatible AV receiver via the television's HDMI ARC input. The audio from the TV's tuner, network connection, and USB port can pass as Dolby Digital or 2ch PCM. HDMI and analog connected devices will be output as 2ch PCM only.
Note: Both the television and the receiver must support ARC for this function to work properly. When connecting an A/V receiver that is compatible with Audio Return Channel (ARC), connect it to the TV's HDMI 2 input. If connecting a system that is incompatible Audio Return Channel (ARC), an additional audio connection via Digital Audio Out (Optical) is necessary.
Samsung's Quad Core Processor: Samsung's Quad Core processing speeds allow you to perform multiple tasks at the same time, such as using an app while downloading another one. It also enables extremely faster web browsing and application access. Quad Core eliminates lag to give you a fluid browsing experience. It enables you to switch between apps, stream content, and multi-task faster. This extra power also provides faster page refreshing

The Blu-ray player's built-in WiFi supports IEEE 802.11A/B/G/N wireless LAN networks and WEP (open/shared), WPA-PSK (TKIP/AES), or WPA2-PSK network security.
Note: Samsung recommends a network speed of 10Mbps or above.
WiFi Direct: When using WiFi Direct, you can connect directly with other devices without using a wireless router. You'll be able to wirelessly transfer personal content (such as photos & videos) to the Samsung LED-LCD TV without connecting to your home network. Basically that would allow you to connect to an external receiver or speakers for sound. This would be allow the volume to be controlled by the external device rather by the TV volume.
