Works fine with Ipod Classic

I can see watch video no problem through my 6th gen iPod Classic. The product discription says this cable does not support video but it works just fine through
my Kenwood DNX8120.

Worked with 2nd Gen Ipod Touch, audio and video, charges Ipod and allows for head unit control. Connected to a DNX5120, installed in a 05 Tacoma, the cable is long enough to reach the glove box, with enough slack to plug/unplug Ipod from the driver seat. 5 stars for Crutchfield service.

Fabulous for Kenwood 5120

This cable worked as specified for my Kenwood DNX5120 and my video ipod. My 3rd gen ipod would play through the speakers, but I could not control the ipod through the Kenwood stereo. I expected some problems with that ipod because of some issues with an ipod controller on another head unit. I love the Kenwood HU and the ipod controls!! No control hesitation with the HU and cable.

This cable was exactly what I needed to get audio and video from my ipod to my Kenwood receiver. It was very easy to install and I'm so glad I bought it!

I just installed this in my 2006 Tacoma with my Kenwood DNX7100 Head Unit (that radio is sweet!). This ipod cable works great with my 4gen 20 Gig ipod. On the DNX7100 I can sort songs by artist, genre, etc. The interface is fairly quick but has some slight delay which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The delay is so slight it is almost not worth mentioning. Overall I am quite impressed. Glad I didn't have to go buy a new ipod and get the KCA-iP300V cable to get a nice interface for my ipod and the Kenwood HU.
