Overview

Our take on the Alpine KTE-S619G

Alpine Authorized Online Dealer

Most 6"x9" car speakers fit behind existing door panels or factory grilles, so Alpine doesn't include grilles with their Type-S speakers. If you're doing a custom installation with Alpine's SPS-619 speakers, pick up these KTE-S619G speaker grilles. The black steel mesh design with Alpine logo graphics will protect your speakers and make your installation look great. Warranty: 1 year.

Note: Sorry, Crutchfield cannot ship Alpine products to Guam or Puerto Rico.

I needed the covers for the speakers for a resto project. These looked great and the blue matches the color of the car. Putting the final touches on my daughters 1st car.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I have a pair of old Alpine 6960 speakers. I decided to put them to use after all these years. They were sitting in the closet too long. I bought a pair of external enclosures for them, and realized I needed grills for them to protect them from being damaged. I found these grills on Crutchfield and they were much more than I expected. Great quality, easy installation. Makes aesthetics complete. Makes a BIG difference and I can say they still hit HARD!

Pros: High quality. Well made grills with metal mesh to protect speakers from being damaged. I like the fact that they are still identified as Alpine, but they are 6960's and not the SD line at all.

Cons: A little pricey, but the quality is there.

excellant quality
