The online specifications for the TV stand were incorrect when I ordered it - in two ways. Before ordering, I called about the dimensions which were listed as 46"W x 21-1/2"D x 18-7/8"H. It looked to me like the height and depth were reversed. In fact, they were, which Crutchfield confirmed and then promptly corrected the web listing. So I ordered it. After 2 1/2 hours spent assembling it, I threaded cables through the back and attempted to put my amp in place, but it would not fit. The original specifications indicated the interior shelf width was 20 1/2", which was plenty of room for my old Onkyo at 17 3/4" wide, but in fact the width was only 17-3/4" - no way to fit it in. I had to disassemble, repackage, and send it back. Very disappointing. To Crutchfield's credit, I got a full refund and the specs have now been updated on the website. However, I would say that the assembly is very time consuming, with many small connectors and screws (23 just for the back!), and the quality is not up to their usual standards. Even the color was pretty different than that depicted on the website. I've had great experiences in the past, but this was a serious disappointment.

Pros: Crutchfield's service; attention paid to my issue; ease of return

Cons: That I had to return it; quality, assembly time, color, value for price paid.
