Rockford Fosgate's triple-wire Gamma Geometry™ design makes Riot Series speaker wire outperform normal speaker wire by using three cores (positive, negative, and an "inductive control core" of pure dielectric) in a tight, weave design. Unlike conventional twisted-pair design, the conductors repeatedly cross each other at the optimum 90 degrees, resulting in significant noise canceling. Since the wires are not twisted, there is no coil effect, and no additional resistance.

Features

Gamma Geometry Technology: Gamma Geometry is a new development in cable technology. Positive and negative conductors are woven together with a "Inductance Control Core" of pure dielectric (insulator). Positive and negative conductors cross at an optimum angle of 90 degrees, reducing the proximity effect. Conductors remain physically close maintaining excellent noise rejection. By reducing proximity effect and maintaining noise rejection in a single design, Gamma Geometry achieves significantly better signal accuracy and faster, quieter signal transfer.
