Overview: The Onkyo UWF-1 Wireless LAN Adapter allows you to wirelessly connect your 2011 Onkyo Network A/V receiver to your wireless home network. Connected to the USB port on your compatible Onkyo A/V receiver, the Onkyo UWF-1 Wireless LAN Adapter brings audio through a wireless router into your main entertainment system. Now internet radio and audio files stored on your PC can be played back with the superior fidelity of your main Onkyo system.

Onkyo Receiver Compatibility: The Onkyo UWF-1 Wireless LAN Adapter is compatible with 2011 Onkyo Network A/ receivers (TX-NRxx9, HT-RC3xx, and later). Current compatible models include (as of June 2011):

USB Connection: The Onkyo UWF-1 Wireless LAN Adapter features a USB (type-A) connector which plugs into the USB of your compatible Onkyo Network A/V receiver.

WiFi Transmission: The Onkyo UWF-1 Wireless LAN Adapter wirelessly operates over a 2.4GHZ frequency transmission and supports the following WiFi networks (IEE802.1b/g/n).

Firmware Update Notice: If you want use the UWF-1 with your Onkyo A/V receiver, you will first have to perform a firmware update via a hardwired Ethernet connection.
