The Tamrac Explorer 2 Photo/Digital Camera Bag (5502) carries
and protects a digital SLR with a grip and zoom lens attached, an additional lens, and
accessories. The main compartment features Tamrac's Dual Foam Technology for
shock protection and a custom fit to equipment. The front pocket features
Tamrac's patented Memory & Battery Management System, which uses red flags to
identify which memory cards and batteries are available and which ones are used
up. A Speed Pocket on the front flap secures
and provides quick access to small accessories. A
Total Coverage Top with quick-release buckle
and zipper closures provides weather protection. Inside the lid is a smooth
nylon pocket for holding lens cleaning paper and an open pocket in the back
holds an instruction manual. An adjustable, BioCurve
non-slip shoulder strap, and an EasyGrip
carrying handle provide convenient carrying options for the Explorer 2 bag.
Construction: The Tamrac
Explorer 2 is constructed of ballistic nylon and strong PolyTek with a vinyl
coating. The bag's interior is lined with smooth nylon and features a
foam-padded bottom. All the bag's seams are reinforced, and "box" or "box-x"
stitched at stress points.
Capacity: The Tamrac Explorer 2 Photo/Digital Camera Bag is designed to
carry a digital SLR camera with a lens attached (up to 6.0" long), and extra
lens and a compact flash. The Tamrac 5502 is equipped with adjustable, foam-padded dividers
to separate and protect lenses and other equipment.
Additional Storage: The Tamrac 5502 also features front, top, and
interior zippered compartments, along with a rear pouch for storing additional
accessories.
Dual-Foam Technology: Dual-Foam Technology combines closed-cell foam
