Overview: The Tamrac 5534 Photo backpack is a lightweight, comfortable messenger bag-style design that doesn't look like a camera bag. It is designed to hold and protect a digital or film SLR camera with grip and lens attached up to 6" long, additional lenses, a flash, and accessories. It holds camera equipment in a vertical position for a super slim profile. The 5534 backpack also has a piggy-back sleeve on the back for transporting on rolling luggage.

Construction: The Tamrac 5534 Photo backpack is constructed of strong Ballistic nylon and Polytek with a vinyl coating. It is lined with smooth nylon. The backpack is fully foam padded with thick, high-density, closed cell foam. The adjustable dividers are also foam padded. The backpack has a foam-padded bottom. All seams are reinforced, and "box" or "box-x" stitching is used at stress points.

Main Compartment with Speed Flap: The compartment is designed to hold your camera and its lens of up to 6" long, an additional lenses, batteries, memory cards, flashes, etc. The compartment has a speed flap with a quick-release buckle and a strip of Velcro for protection against weather conditions and to secure the contents in place. There are adjustable, completely foam padded dividers used to protect the contents.

Smaller Front Compartment: This compartment is a dual zippered compartment found in front of the main compartment. It is also covered by the speed flap when the flap is secured in place. There are two pockets within this compartment where you can store memory cards, batteries, instructions, and other accessories.

Zippered Pocket on the Speed Flap: This compartment is covered by a weather flap to protect the contents from the weather. This compartment will allow you to store manuals, filters, tickets, documents, and instructions or any other documents you need easy access to.

Zippered Pocket on the Back: This pocket is found on the back of the backpack on the piggy-back sleeve. This pocket will allow you to carry important documents, manuals, maps, instruction manuals, or other personal item for easy accessibility.  

Side Pockets: On the left side of the backpack, there is side pocket with a flap that can be used to hold a cell phone or MP3 player. The flap is secured in place with a strip of Velcro. On the right side, there is a sleeve that can be used to hold pens and pencils.

Adjustable Shoulder Strap: The shoulder strap is an adjustable strap with a padded shoulder pad. The strap also features the Strap Accessory System (S.A.S.) products attachment slots.

Backpack Top Handle: The backpack has a carrying handle on top for easy transport of the backpack.
