The Deploy Max line from BDI sports a clean, sleek look with a rich, gloss black finish. the 9644 can accommodate rear-projection and flat-panel TVs up to 50" in screen size. The easy-access design features a sturdy open frame that supports three tempered glass shelves. These shelves below are designed to hold additional equipment, such as a DVD player or cable box. The center shelf is adjustable to accommodate bulkier items like a center channel speaker or high-powered home theater receiver. You can run all your power and A/V cables down through the stand's back support, maintaining an uncluttered look for your system.

Overview: With its gloss black finish, the BDI DEPLOY MAX 9644 is a perfect complement to your flat-panel television. Engineered to be as sturdy, the audio/video TV stand utilizes steel and tempered glass construction to provide unwavering support. Featuring DEPLOY MAX's signature tool-free assembly, the addition of hidden wheels allows the entire system to be rolled away from the wall. The BDI 9644 will accommodate up to a 50" Flat Panel or Rear Projection TV.

Tempered Glass Adjustable Shelves: The DEPLOY MAX 9644 features three tempered glass shelves (fixed top shelf, adjustable middle shelf, and fixed bottom shelf). The middle adjustable shelf allows you to configure the audio/video stand to accommodate your larger components. BDI's glass shelves are virtually shatterproof, allowing to you use them for your bulky home audio/video gear.

Ventilation: The BDI 9644 uses Flow-through ventilation to promote air flow and prolong the life of your components.

Wire Management: The audio/video stand features an integrated wire management system to help you keep your system's wires and cords neat and organized.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this stand. My requirements were for a corner stand that had wheels and having a top shelf weight capacity of 150 lbs. This stand is perfect in every way. It's fairly low, so my 73" tv is at the perfect viewing angle. The specs say this stand is for a 50" flat screen, but my set looks fine in a corner, even though the width of my set is 65".
The materials are very high quality, all the pieces were there and it was very easy to put together by myself. If this is a fair example of BDI's quality, I would recommend any stand they make
