The TV stand assembly includes:

  • Pre-installation phone survey to review actual work to be performed and to confirm installation appointment.
  • A pre-installation site survey upon the installer's arrival at your home will be completed, and if applicable, any additional charges will be quoted and approved prior to the start of the job.
  • Complete assembly of TV stand, utilizing manufacturer instructions manual. Use of a two-man crew to lift the customer-provided TV onto the stand.
  • Clean up clippings, dust, or any other debris caused by the installation.
  • Limited professional installation labor warranty for one year.
  • Obtain your satisfaction sign-off on completed work order.

A Crutchfield Audio/Video Designer will contact you to ensure that you have everything necessary for your installation. You will then be contacted by INSTALLS inc within 48 hours to schedule your installation appointment. You can reach INSTALLS inc at 1-800-344-4856 (9am-10pm ET, 7 days a week).

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

My experience with Crutchfueld has been nothing short of incredible. The customer service is as good as I have ever seen. They blend amazing communication, deep product knowledge and a customer-comes-first attitude to make you feel pampered and taken care of.

I was so impressed with the pre-sales support as well as the communication during the delivery process. Wat was most impressive though came a wee later. After my TV arrived, I noticed a small pixel blinking. A tiny flaw, but a flaw nonetheless on an expensive piece of equipment. I called to report it and without hesitation I was told a new TV was on the way. No argument...I didn't even have to ask for it. It is that kind of response that gives you total faith in who you are doing with and it is jsut a great way of doing business. I am a customer for life and I will do everything I can through word of mouth to share my experience. This is a company that lets you feel the love andI can't wait to do business with Crutchfield again. I wish I could give the customer service more than 5 stars. Kudos for raising the bar Crutchfield!
