Elite Screens

Our take on the Elite Screens Vmax92UWH2

Get the best performance from your front projector with the Elite Screens Vmax92UWH2. This motorized screen features a durable, easy-to-clean matte white material for a uniform, high-contrast picture. And the textured surface helps to eliminate "hot spots" — areas that are noticeably brighter than the rest of the image.

The included infrared remote control makes it a breeze to raise and lower the screen. Or for wall-mounted controls, you can install the included wall box and wired IR sensor — a great option for recessed ceiling installations. In addition to a standard IR remote, you also get an RF remote for easy control from up to 100 feet away, even without a direct line-of-sight view. Or, you can wire this screen to your projector and use the built-in 12-volt trigger to automatically lower and raise the screen when you turn your projector on and off.

Features

Overview: The Elite Screens VMAX2 is a remote-controlled, motorized drop-down projection screen in a black metal case.

Plug & Play: This screen comes assembled and ready to use. Once mounted and plugged in, just use the supplied wireless remote to lower and raise the screen.

Screen Material: The PVC screen has three layers; the black back layer prevents light from shining through, the center layer is textured, and the front is a matte white optical coating. This material enables wide viewing angles and perfect uniformity. The screen surface is flame retardant and mildew resistant and washable with mild soap and water. The screen gain is 1.1.

Mounting: The screen case has two key hole mounting slots (one on each end) for wall mounting and four screw holes (two on each end) for ceiling mounting. Optional L-brackets for wall or ceiling mounting are available directly from Elite Screens.

Screen Borders: There is a black masking border around the visible part of the screen; approximately 3-1/4" across the bottom, 6" across the top, and 2" on each side.

Control: The projection screen comes with two wireless remote controls; one RF (radio frequency) and one IR (infrared). Both RF and IR sensors are built into the screen case. Each remote has 3 buttons; Up, Down, and Stop. A wired remote wall box is also included (with wall mounting hardware), it has the same three buttons, plus an IR sensor. Another wired IR sensor with a 7" cord is included for recessed mounting. A 12-volt DC trigger adapter is included for integration with a 12-volt output trigger on your projector. Any one of these wired controls (remote wall box, IR sensor, or 12-volt trigger) plugs into the RJ-45 control port on the left end or the screen case.
