Channel Master 3078 Universal Mast Clamp

John H from Minnesota on 5/9/2015

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This bracket has a hefty hold for mounting an antenna mast, and is designed to easily accommodate the angle of a roof line. I mounted this bracket on a rafter in my attic with a mast oriented vertically. It made attaching and aiming the antenna very easy.

Beware: Does not accommodate 1.5" mast

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This clamp does not accommodate a 1.5" mast. The U is too small, looks to be limited to 1.25"

How do you go wrong for five dollars? This antenna mount is sturdy and can be applied in many situations. I simply screwed mine to the top of a deck wall. Makes antenna installation very simple!

Pros: Sturdy, has all the parts you need, flexible installation applications

Cons: None

This Channel Master universal attic/roof antenna mount is the most versatile bracket I found. Since it has angle adjustments, it can be virtually mounted in any location.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This antenna mount works for pole mounting, but I don't think it would work well for a roof mount.

Pros:

Cons: Not galvanized, poor design for roof mount.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Absolute garbage worst bracket I've ever seen for a roof mount antenna I had to use other brackets from old antenna due to the fact that all I did was put a 3 foot mast on it and an antenna rotor and the bracket bent over would give it zero stars if they'd let me wasn't even worth the price I think I could have used play dough and gotten a better result I wouldn't even recommend this to my enemy if you want to put an antenna up go buy a satellite dish mount or mount it to the side of your house

Pros: None

Cons: Everything about it
