Best Value Fer Sure

I ended up running across this, while shopping for a car stereo. I bought it on a whim, needing it for my Nikon DS. I figured it is cheaper than the San Disk, so I might lose some performance, but save money. Boy was I surprised when I popped this baby in my camera. Night and Day!
I replaced a 1GB from last year, because it seemed like the more advanced I got at using my camera the slower the write speeds got for my pictures. I was doing a lot of exposures and sequenced shots. After using this all write speeds are close to instantaneous. I don’t have to wait 10 secs to see if a picture with a high exposure comes out, it is more like .5 seconds if that.
I had never heard of this brand before I came on here, but I am sold now. It is a great price and works very well.

Tremendous Speed & Zip to the Hard Drive

Written by: H from New Orleans, LA on August 8, 2006

I've used many Transcend products to enhance the speed on my Nikon digital camera and laptops. Since I'm a photography enthusiast I don't want to worry about constantly removing images from my camera to continue with my shoots. Transcend's compactflash card allows me to take continuous photos without any problems. I've been able to take & store up to 700 images at a time on my camera with their product. I've even added pep to both my laptops which have been overly sluggish with all the accumulated data/images. I will continue to buy their products and certainly encourage others to try them out.
