Features

Overview: The Multi Wedge 3600 are pry-removal tools that can replace screwdrivers, pry bars and all other metal prying tools that may cause damage and marring of delicate surfaces in your vehicle. The Multi Wedges save time and money by getting the job done quickly yet carefully without having to repair nicks, dents, or scratches caused by using the wrong tool. The Orange Wedges are made from a high tech specially blended Polyethylene which is incredibly flexible and won't break or snap. The black wedges are made from a high tech specially blended Polycarbonate with high impact qualities for tough applications. The Multi Wedge 3600 comes in a 6-pack. It consists of the following wedge tools.

  • Orange Flexible Tip Wedges:
    • Small Wedge: Width = 0.862", Height = 0.485" Length = 5.05" 
    • Medium Wedge: Width = 1.003", Height = 0.564", Length = 6.909"

WORK GREAT, I WISH I HAD THESE ON MY COUNTLESS OTHER INSTALLS. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE BLACK ONES ARE DIFFICULT TO FIND SOMETIMES, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WORKING INTO THE EVENING. I WRAPPED SOME YELLOW ELECTRICAL TAPE AROUND THE HANDLE.

I used these tools to remove various trim and panel pieces in my 2006 Tacoma during an install of an I-pod adapter. They didn't scratch any of my panels and made the install easy.

I am a professional automotive equipment installer with over 25 years of experience. I purchased the tool set in order to remove dashboards, knee bolsters, door panels, consoles, trim panels, etc. from every type of vehicle new and old from Audi models to Peterbilt tractors to powerboats and motorhomes. The tools perform grea, are very easy to use, and execute the task at hand. By the way, for those whom are less experienced, panel removal tools are designed to sustain some damage during normal use- if they did not the piece that you are trying to remove would and you wouldn't be to happy with that nor your customer! Awesome product and great pricing. Moreover, I also own a set of professional panel removal tools but I have found myself favoring and using this set more often. In addition, I purchased three more sets to give as Christmas gifts to my installer buddies and they love them as well.

I am very glad that I found these before I tried to install my speakers. I contacted Stephen and he was able to get them shipped out with my current order. They made the install much easier and didn't scratch the finish on my truck. I would recommend these to anyone that needs to take of the interior panels of their vehicle.

Go on the web and you'll see install notes with people using screwdrivers and
putty knives to lift trim panels. Forget it. Even if you mash up the end of
these wedges, and have to buy another kit, would you rather take the chance of
gouging up that great vehicle and thinking about how you couldn't spring for
these when you probably paid hundreds to upgrade your sound system?

By the way, get a 1/4 piece of scrap plexiglass from a local dealer and use it
as a flat surface to smooth out the gouges that you're going to put on the ends
of these tools - and only use the orange ones on softer trim like the dash,
they'll get pretty mashed if you use them for hard plastic wedging.

The more flexible wedge was awesome for popping off the center console of my '03 Honda Odyssey. These tools are very flexible and won't mar the finish. Not sure I need all three shapes, but I haven't had need to pop other panels yet (like on doors), so I'm still glad I bought the whole set (especially given reasonable price).
