About the Sirius Dock-and-Play Package for Kenwood
This package includes everything needed to control your SIRIUS dock-and-play satellite radio through your compatible Kenwood receiver. The SC-VDOC1 car dock holds your compatible portable SIRIUS radio, then connects to your Kenwood receiver with the included CA-SR20V SIRIUS adapter. You'll see channel, song, and artist information on your stereo's display, and you can even save your favorite SIRIUS channels as presets.
The adapter works with 2008-up Kenwood multimedia receivers that utilize the KAB Bus system. You'll keep your SIRIUS dock-and-play radio's battery charged as you drive, and the package includes a roof-mount antenna that attaches to your vehicle with its powerful magnetic base.
Note: A subscription to SIRIUS is also required. Satellite radio service is available only within the lower 48 states — not available in Hawaii or U.S. territories. Limited service is available in Alaska.
