Q
Can I use this adapter ( or 2 ) to utilize the Amplifier output "line" terminals(l & r) to signal a separate headphone amp and also a Subwoofer speaker ?

A
Yes. Using two of these would allow you to splice the L/R output of your amplifier to connect both a headphone amp and powered subwoofer.

Q
Can I use this y connector cable to connect two CD players to 1 set of inputs on my pre-amp. I want to have ability to choose which CD player I use but only have space left for 1 set of inputs on my pre -amp remaining . I want to connect 2 CD players to 1 cd input on my pre amp ?

yes this would work, with 2 sets of y connectors, one for the left channel and one for right channel. make sure turn the cd off you are not using to prevent feed back. A good set of RCA cables for each cd player would increase sound quality.

A
Yes you can.

A
Yes, you will need two Y cables.

Theoretically, this is possible.two cables.each with two female and one male: plug the right channel of each CD player into the female end and the male end into the RCA input of the receiver/same idea for the left channel-use inputs such as Aux or Tuner-not phono. Just make sure only one is active-can only imagine what would happen if you started both at the same time-let us know when the smoke clears-I used this cable to split two subwoofers with signal coming out of a Denon subwoofer out RCA connection-but have never tried an input with two signal processors like CD players-hope your preamp is not a $10,000 McIntosh.

Q
does the package include left in right cables?
paul  Apr 09, 2020

A
No. it is only the splitter for one to two outputs so you can connect to two subwoofers. you still need the cables from the splitter to the subwoofer depend on how far your subwoofer located, length of cable. Subwoofer is mono so it is not matter if it is left or right
